This letter is to document the issues with the installation of the French doors opening to the deck and basement as well as substantial non performance on your behalf in execution of the services provided in the agreement. First upon inspection and partial payment on September 29, 2023 The certificate of Completion I executed along with Ryan Weeks expressly stated the Presidential would have the head service tech from the manufacturer determine whether the issues was installation or manufacturing. This remedy was unilaterally revoked by Presidential and when I asked for the reasons for the change was told I would not be getting a written response other than it was to expensive to bring a representative from Ohio to address the problem. I called to appeal this communication from Christian and asked if I could speak to the CEO and was told that was not possible two line supervisors confirmed they would not honor the written remedy I had accepted.

Juan and his crew were sent out and able to reinstall the door and have it perform functionally. Juan said he took responsibility for the unacceptable work that I had been asked to sign off on the original installation. When the frame was removed I noticed no foam installation had not been applied to the deck doors and asked Juan to check the basement door and he verified the required insulation foam was not applied in that door as well. Juan was able to restore the upper door to a functioning level.

All of this could have been avoided if the oversight and supervision promised during the sales presentation and window measuring was provided with on the initial installation. The absence of any meaningful quality assurance until the customer calls out a problem along with the minimization and dismissal of my concerns have created a real distrust in receiving the products and services I purchased. How many times have I been told you don't have to worry you have a 50 year warranty.

My experience thus far says only as good as the people behind it. Refusing to honor a written agreement is a clear indication not to trust Presidential Exteriors.

As a result I have had to assume the responsibility to look after my interests and fortunately caught some of the shortcuts to be corrected on the second installation.

Yet I am paying for a new door that has frame twisted in the original installation as well as pounded and forced into the frame with the doors removed. I am left with cosmetic damage and perhaps underlying structural issues. The caulking that was used during the original installation is still on the brick and unacceptable as I cautioned would be a problem and assured it would not. Needless to say, this has involved a lot of unnecessary time, aggravation and enduring poor customer service to try to resolve a major problem caused by Presidential Exteriors. In conclusion, the work was not substantially performed as set out in the agreement.

Presidential Exteriors LLC is the bomb! These guys are awesome! They got great communication skills, their products are top-notch, and their install teams are the best in the biz! I couldn't be happier with the work they did on my house. Highly recommend!

Presidential Exteriors LLC is the bomb dot com. They did my roof and it looks hella good. They were super nice and made me feel like I was part of their crew. I ain't never had a contractor treat me like that before. They even cleaned up after themselves, which is more than I can say for some of the other jokers I've hired in the past. If you need some work done on your house, these guys are the real deal. Don't waste your time with anyone else.

great compny, absolut pleasure dealin with them. highly recommend them for all exterior projcts. they do good work and are very easy to work with. i had them do some work on my roof and it turned out great. they were very professional and got the job done quickly. i would definitely use them again.

I ain't never gonna work with Presidential Exteriors. They're racist AF. The dude who interviewed me was hella rude, from his tone to the stuff he said. I ain't down with being asked if I'm from DC and then being asked if I'm from SE SW. Not all black folks live in those areas, ya know? They need to learn how to talk to people of other races, not just white folks. They ain't the only race on this planet. I hope they hire a white person to complete the ignorance in that office.

So, this guy came to my door and said he was from Presidential Exteriors LLC and offered a free checkup on my siding. Then, this inspector came and said my siding was messed up and the wood underneath was rotting. He said he couldn't be sure without taking off the siding. He spent like an hour trying to get me to replace all my siding. But I got another guy to look at it, and he said my siding was good. The "damage" was just from when they put in new windows. So, don't trust these people. They're just trying to scam you.

These guys are awesome! They really care about their customers and make sure they give a great product. They were on time, quick, and clean. My new roof looks amazing, and we're so happy we went with this local company. Buying a roof isn't fun, but we got our money's worth: a quality new roof in 1 day, and new trim capping the next day. They even put in new bathroom exhaust vents and HVAC exhausts. Our house looks like new. You might find a cheaper rate somewhere else, but these guys don't skimp on quality of product, 50-year warranty, or craftsmanship. They even come back to inspect and follow up to make sure we're completely happy with the services provided! Great customer service! The whole experience was easy. The salesman/inspector wasn't pushy, and gave a reasonable quote for what we needed. They even replaced rotted wood in roof and trim.

Me and my wife used Presidential Exteriors for 3 different projects in the last 2 years. First, we replaced the siding on our house, then added a French door for our carport shed, and then we had them back for attic insulation, which was done on Nov 29th. This company is amazing! From the first contact to the remodeling expert that came out, their call center and operations team, and installation, they never missed a beat. Everything was done in a timely manner with some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. We already told our neighbors about this company and they got work done by Presidential too. I have never been able to support a company like this before, we've just been blown away with every single employee we've talked to. We have another project coming up and we will definitely be keeping this company in mind when the time comes. I get excited when I see their trucks in our neighborhood. Also, Presidential Exteriors was not even our first quote. We got estimates from Power Home Remodeling, MLM, Thompson Creek, all the major companies in our area, but Presidential Exteriors was the best every time. The other estimates were a waste of our time and we will only be getting estimates from PE for the rest of our exterior projects. Thanks to everyone at Presidential Exteriors!

I hired Presidential Exteriors (PE) to put in a new front door at my place in Germantown MD on Oct 4 2021. I told the sales guy (Mark B) that I only wanted it done if they could match the existing color. He said they could. On Oct 12 2021, Will R of PE came by and matched the color, and sent me a proof of what it would look like. It matched the existing color. Will asked me which specific color the window company matched, to which the window company replied "Provia Clay". Will confirmed in an email that this was the same color he matched. On Dec 14, PE installed the new door, and the color does not match the original color. Halfway into the installation, project manager (***) came and said there would be a walkthrough the next day Dec 15. While installation took place, we were asked not to use the front door, so we could not see what is being installed. We were asked to sign documents after the installation, without given the opportunity to inspect the finished product or walk outside. Once we saw the wrong color was installed, project manager (***) came out and took another color match. We were assured it would be corrected. We called PE Dec 23, at which time they confirmed the correction was underway and appropriate colors had been ordered. On Jan 25 2022, *** of PE reached out letting us know that the work would cost additional $1000. We protested, indicating it was PE's mistake and should not cost us anything extra. Upon additional follow-up, PE has not responded.
