Respected Sir,
I handed over my car for change the battery on 28 september 2019 to above mentioned service center .(invoice [protected] and [protected]) .After change battery i started my car then i noted my sterio was not working and i reported to the same service centre and they checked again then informed me consult the Toyota dealer.Toyota dealer reported the radio need to be replace.
I complained canadian tire customer service once and they closed my file without take any action.(file number- [protected]). I requested to re open my file and reopened the same file but still not taking sufficient decision. i lost my money in so many times for checking sterio complaint.
They are refusing my complaint without detailed enquiry.
some local service centre staff informed me the radio will be damage while changing battery if not using a power saver equipment.I requested to check service center CCTV camera details to confirm they replaced car battery in a proper way.
I am submitting here the scan copy of the documents what i have. Kindly request you that please take a proper enquiry and requesting justice.
