From the start, difficulty reaching Lina Pomponio, she did not respond to our emails and we always had to call her several times to get our informations : Sept 22 to Oct 6, 2019. Holland Cruise (CPCMML) 24 sept 2019. NEVER received my $50, despite such emails and phones, Dec 3, Dec 9, 2019, I try to reach Expedia to made a complain and get my money but no respond, really rotten as a travel agent.
