I worked for Tim Horton's in Watford, Ontario around May, 2021. While working here I was bullied and harassed by the manager Amanda sanders and a 19 year old supervisors named elaine. What she did included
* yelling and swearing at me when I was preparing to leave at the end of the day for 'not doing my job' when it was 1 minute until my shifts end while the next shift worker did nothing or did another workers job. and would force overtime daily which Is illegal.
*laughed and smirked when elaine the supervisor started acting like a monkey to mock me when I did something wrong even though I did it that way in front of them for weeks. Rules were arbitrarily enforced.
*I was given almost no training and was expecting to know where everything was even though I never did it before. For instance if I asked where something in the computer was I was told 'it is where it always is' how was I supposed to know?
*Bathrooms and tables where always dirty and almost never cleaned. and bathrooms would backup almost weekly
Today I went to tim hortons on hwy 8 Winona and once again they screwed up my order. the store was extremely busy as always.One of the coffee's small cream and sugar was black and so cold you would think it was poured one hour before. The bacon on the egg and bacon english muffin was still alive (After me requesting make sure its well done ) and it also was cold. Is Tim Hortons pouring coffee and making their food stuffs ahead of time? Its time these spoiled brats paid better wages and hire staff thats competent . I hope your personal GREED does you in.
