We placed a order on may 21 2021 and did not receive the pick up notice till may 27 2021. I am fine with that and the waiting I do understand bit what I dont understand is why 3 out of my 5 items got canceled because of item was not in stock but when we check Canadian tire website to look at these items we got 1 item has 9 left another has 11 and the last has 7 in stock so how did these get canceled for not having the item in stock. Then when I arrived to pick up my items the person that tried to help told be because Christmas was crazy and stock is still getting sorted out. Ummmm... Christmas was 5 months ago how is your stock that messed up. It sounds to me it's a excuse because someone either didnt want to do there job (stock, the person getting orders, or etc) or the person that is managing stock is not really good at there job and should be reevaluated. After talking to customer service on the phone the person there was very very helpful and understanding they took the time to listen to me and try to contact the store to pinpoint the issue but was unable to get in contact with the store. Then offered at least a $25 gift certificate for frustration and inconvenience that this may has caused or caused.
