Costco

We have been buying our meat from Sudbury, ON Costco store since they've open the store.
Purchased a Pork Blade Roast 31277 for $27.86 on November 10, 2020. We froze the roast and just cooked it today December 7, 2020,
Thoroughly disgusting, it was so full of fat and grizzle, there were 2 roasts in the package and the other roast was beautiful!
Not happy with the way the butchers are hiding all this garbage and making the roast look delicious. The picture shows how much fat and grizzle was on this roast and there was more fat and grizzle on our plates, but we thru it out in the garbage before I decided to write to you. We may have to buy our meat somewhere else if this not resolved. Thank you Darlene
