On Jan 20th I was browsing through Leon website then a chat option came up then a person give an option to call her. During the call lady mention she does not have the items in stock that I ordered but
I can give some other option. So from her option I have selected the items. She emails me stating delivery will be done on 31 Jan. 2 days later she calls me some items are not available. I said that's ok. 1 day later someone else calls me sorry our delivery will be done on feb4th I said sorry please cancel the items I can not receive anything after 2nd. Sales person called me again and stated we are getting a private contractor to do your delivery on 31 Jan on email. On Saturday someone else calls me and saying we can only deliver on 4th if you can arrange your own delivery that will be great and we will pay for that. I asked for her suggestion she said try Kijiji. I have arranged the delivery I called her back she said great please go there I call them to make arrangements. I come to Scarborough location to pick along with a truck hired from Kijiji. Scarborough's location telling me it's all in finance you need to put 15% down because it was supposed to deliver to your house and we weren't told about any pick up. So much drama and hassle making me go crazy and no manager is handling this situation.
