I ordered birthday flowers on 12/20 to be delivered on 12/21. I received an email in the morning on 12/21 that there was a problem with the delivery address. I tried to reach them by phone, e:mail and chat. No one contacted me. On 12/21 at night I received an email that they would be delivered on 12/22 - a day late. Not only were they a day late but they were a Christmas arrangement rather than birthday. I have sent an email last night and tonight and just get a computer generated reply. I am in the U.S. Is there anything I can do? I am really upset with the lack of customer service. Thank you.
Desired outcome: I would like to receive a full refund of all charges and an apology.
My opinion is that this is the worst lack of customer service I have ever experienced.
