Mister Transmission

After my transmission died on the road I took it to Mister Tranmission (O'Connor location) because frankly it was close by.

Worst mistake of my life.

Spent $3800 cash on a "transmission rebuild", they then gave me a business card that I would use as my "warranty".

I wish I had taken this as a red flag.

Since the summer (last year) the transmission starts to fail every single time I drive it for longer periods of time on the highway. It's totally scary and dangerous, I have to pull along the highway, turn the car off and on, only for it to happen again 5 minutes later.

I brought it back to the shop on three different occasions, every single time they have given me a new excuse and have told me nothing shows up on their scanner...

Yet I have video footage of the transmission locking me out. I completely lose the ability to accelerate. (All documented)

They are crooks, they will take your money and waste your time, over and over again.

PLEASE steer clear. I will be making a formal complaint.

Even after being in contact with the Vice President of their company I have been ignored and gotten absolutely nowhere. So much time and money wasted. My vehicle isn't safe to drive on the highway which now renders it completely useless.
