My son's (5 Yrs old) class was from 6 to 6:30 PM. The incident which took place was totally unacceptable. My son was sent out early at 6:15 whereas his class was supposed to end at 6:30.
These guys did not even care to check if he is going to his parents or not.
He was roaming out on streets and asking for help and looking for me.

He went upto a near by Rehab store and informed about me. I came to know all about this when good people from Rehab team called me and informed my son crying out there. (I was enrolled in this Rehab as a regular customer and knew my Name/ Contact.)
This was very risky and dangerous for anyone's small kid. My son is just 5 yrs old.

Kumon's manager even did not call me back to ensure if everything was fine or not.
I am very frustrated, upset and scared with this incident and have decided not to send my son to Kumon here after.
