I went to drive through tim hortons on 2nd of july 2023 in morning about 9 am and requested for a everything bagel with egg. Sausage. Cheese and bacon and a medium double double coffee. So I paid for it and drove. When I opened my bag to my surprise there was no bacon so again I went to drive through lane and after 10 mnts when my turn came the manager of store a chinese lady came up the window and screamed at me now what. I explained to her that my sandwich is missing bacon and she was screaming and not polite as she has done this me on number of occasions as she not being polite and humble being at manager position
And then next day I went to this drive through location in the morning about same time and I requested for coffee when my turn came she comes to window and started arguing that I am not going to give you coffee today. I said to her whats wrong with you there is about 15 cars behind me and you are holding everyone and wasting my and their time when I am paying for my
Coffee. She said in very angry and furious way that I am not giving coffee to you today and she refused to give me coffee as she cant refuse a clients request for coffee as she only works there. She is getting paid as clients come there and spent money as her attitude was just get lost. This is really really not acceptable. Plese look into this and people like this have no right to work in a tim hortons store. Pl look int this matter urgently
