I have always stopped at this location for my morning coffee Monday - Friday store number [protected] steels avenue Honby, Ontario for the past 4yrs however, for in the past couple of months the customer service In this location has been awful, from poor quality of staff, to staff who doesn’t understand the products. I was billed twice for an item that shouldn’t have been. I called it to their attention and expected that I should be reimbursed for my item instead, they were busy arguing with me, it took me to log into my account and showed the staff that I have been billed twice. Unfortunately, I don’t want to give up on this location however, I believe some customer service training needed to be provided to the staff and the store manager needs to hold their staff accountable, when an error has occurred know how to coach your staff on how best to manage the situation that it does not result for the customer being upset. I was later reimbursed but still disappointed with the overall experience.
