We ordered four coffees 3 out of 4 had no sugar in them. We returned and asked them to be remade correctly and we were told we had to pay for the replacements. This is not your company standard( the standard is that you make it right) even worse the head manager was standing there and allowed it! Customer service… well that wasn’t any at least McDonald’s will fix there mess ups
Desired outcome: I would like the coffees replaced without having to pay for them and to have them be reminded of the make it right policy
