I have used the online shopping service a few times now, and each time I have had errors with my order.
I am missing items, received partial order mixed up with someone else's order. Then when I have to go back to store they don't even offer a credit for convenience fee. I have to request this.
I also get charged for items and wait almost 3 weeks before my account is credited. This is very inconvenient.
Another time I had to come back to store for a missing item only to be told that they didn't have that item. The product was expired and they couldn't give to me.
Desired outcome: Give back to your customers or lose them for good

I placed an online delivery. The person doing my order substituted with lower quantity items and charged me the price of higher quantities! I ordered 1 lb of green beans and received 400 grams but was charged for 1 lb. Next, I order 680 mL cans of Hunts tomato sauce and receive 398 mL cans and again charged for 680 mL! I'm outraged about the PC lasagna and paper towel rolls! It's robbery. I order two 12 pack paper towel rolls and received two single rolls! I was charged for two 12 pack rolls! This is insanity! I only received two individual rolls, NOT two 12 packs! Secondly I ordered two PC meat lasagnas 1130 grams and received two tiny 320 gram ones and again charged for the price for two 1130 gram lasagnas! This is not right! I demand a refund as no one would pay this! Finally I never actually received the Aunt Jemima Buttermilk pancake mix. and was charged for it. This is absolutely ridiculous. No one answers the phone or responds to emails. They claim you can live chat but then it says the resource is unavailable. They take your money wrongly and you cannot even reach them to get your money back.
