I have been dealing with this dealership for years. Bought our vehicles there and took them in for repairs there as well. Things were awesome until new owners bought the place a couple of years ago. Since then they pressure you to do unnecessary service.

The last straw for me was when they kept my car for 10 DAYS! I just needed a window switch fixed and an oil change. They kept saying the parts are on order and have not arrived. For 10 DAYS! My car is not a speciality car but a very common one. I called other dealerships and they all had the parts on hand, so it isn't a rare part. Every time I called this dealership, the service manager was on lunch or busy or away or wasn't picking up the phone.

When I finally got my car back, someone had stolen my Garmin GPS and spare change. I usually take these items out of the car when I take it in but in my haste I forgot to, and of course these clowns found it and stole it.

I was a loyal customer for 11 years but I will NEVER EVER return there.
