Went to Labrador city Canadian tire store on April 3 2019 to purchase a dewalt 10 inch mitre saw that was in flyer on sale . Customer service told me that it was on the truck an go be unloaded that evening. This is the last day of the sale an I went an paid to make sure I would get my saw once the truck is unloaded. They said come back in the morning an it should be ready to pick up, so I went at noon an still no saw little to know that it wasn't even on the truck an wasent going to be in until a week or so. I'm from out of town an taking a rain check was still not much of an option due to the 30 day limit to use it an I'm 500km from the store. Very disappointing when they tell you it is on a truck to be unloaded an you find out a day later that it's not even due to be in store for another week.
