Tim Hortons

This is my 3rd time this week going to this Tim hortons and having my order be wrong. It has also happened before that. They rush you at the drive thru window by just passing stuff too quickly while I have other items in my hands and are clearly not double checking because I asked for a chocolate cookie this morning and received raisin. I work in the food industry and this would not fly where I work. I think this is completely unacceptable, I tried giving them benefit of the doubt because it can be busy but this has happened too many times. The employees here need to slow down and double check what they are handing out because people will be much happier with their proper order then the wrong.
