Extremely poor service. Drive-Thru refused to serve a person with disabilities using a medical mobility scooter when they've done so many times previously. Lack of curbside delivery and the requirement for in-store pickup can pose challenges for individuals with accessibility needs. Accessibility in-store is difficult typically due to many people obstructing paths and restaurant layout. Complaints have been made several times with no further response. It seems this Tim Horton's is lacking both equality and accessibility. Original complaint made on May 3, 2023
Desired outcome: I'd appreciate a response, apology and commitment to providing curbside delivery if drive-thru service is refused.
