We walked into the store and my sister who is into BDSM took a whip and whipped my leg. To show me how it feels an employee then came and told us not to play with it as people take it very seriously. I then walked away towards the wallets in which she followed me when I noticed her doing absolutely nothing but staring at me I walked towards the toys again to look at them she followed me which I got annoyed and walked out of store and they followed me. I've shopped at Spencer's for years and not once have been disrespected like this over a whip!

Hello, I live in Woodstock Georgia and I ordered the item 10 days ago. Says it’s from Macon….but the tracking twice says the”label is unreadable”. I really want the product. Can you help me? It shouldn’t have taken more than 2 days, would you agree…I could have just driven to Macon.
I purchased a new vibrator and it had all bells and whistles. Rechargeable , great deal. Used it two time and then ut got very hot. Would not
shut off. It melt before I could throw it. Please help a lady out. I was really enjoying this until I wasnt.
I had to get my wisdom teeth removed and I was out for a week then couldn’t work for almost a MONTH because the assistant manager, mason, removed me completely from the schedule and would not put me back on. I’ve had so many issues with them even before this. The refuse to accurately do their job and lose important things constantly.
The current Store Manager is very unprofessional and has been talking to other companies employees and spreading inaccurate information about other businesses and there staff. That is not how a manager is supposed to show leadership for a team. I have no proof other than he say she say and am not expecting much other than a talking too.

A few months ago I asked if you would list these playboy handbags on your Amazon page because Spencer’s don’t ship to the United Kingdom, so purchasing your products through the Amazon page is the only way I can. Yesterday, January 29th at 1:39pm I purchased a Lilo and Stitch tumbler at the Spencer’s located in the Santa Rosa Plaza, after opening the tumbler I noticed a large fracture on the lid, it hasent been used yet and I still have the receipt
Mike is rude to his co workers and yells at them. He’s verbally abusive and unethical. Mike is very hostile and feral. He also gets jealous of his surroundings.
Worker was very rude said all my boyfriend's hard earned money was fake and wouldn't take it so took it to 5 other people and they all said it was real including a bank I don't remember her name but it was about 11 am on October 22, 2019 don't appreciate her saying all the money was fake I think she's racist and should be fired
