I bought a holiday sweater 12/21/23. It was not used or gifted.
On December 26, 2023, I tried returning it and was refused. I tried returning it again on 1/14/24 and was refused once again. I have the original receipt. The item has not been worn, and has all its tags on. The receipt/contract clearly states,"Returns up to 30 days with receipt. Will gladly offer exchanges for Holiday merchanise with a receipt and in sealable condition. No refunds will be offered after Friday, December 8th." I meet all the conditions for an exhange on the item.
I am not asking for a refund. I am only asking for an exchange or store credit. If the receipt/contract stated "no refunds/exchanges" after Dec. 8, I would accept this as a loss, but that is not the case.
