Tim Hortons

My complaint is directed at this franchise location of yours in which i have been going along with my wife literally 3 times a day since you guys have opened its doors.Let me say that i have been a tim hortons costumer for 30yrs now.This location is the most convenient for my wife and i to pick up our coffee for our commute to work, and every day of our lives for that matter.Recently we have started to get very upset.You guys brought out the most important part of our morning in the form of dark roast and we love the full rich taste.The last 3 months though things have been not right with it..Its now a watered down cup of crap that we have resorted in throwing out full most morning.I will go to other location during the day and i get my dark roast and its perfect.My wife and i spend $12 a day to enjoy your coffee and we a upmost dissapointed in this location.Its beeing mixed half n half with regular roast or there is no dark roast brewed and they just give us your normal brew...Please help us continue being your biggest fan and costumers.$360 a month on average to throw it out... Thank you
