We had to get relocated when we first made it to the resort because of a misunderstanding and Victoria had to find a hotel that would be willing to put us in two linking rooms. But there was a problem with the rooms the air condition was broken and there was little ants crawling all over us and because the air condition was not working it was blowing out warm air which made the room damp and uncomfortable and my husband and I did report it to the hotel manager they sent the maintainace person but it was to late for me because they should have moved my family to a different room. As a result of the suffering that my family had to go through we cut our trip short and head home.

This company is perpetrating fraud
I responded to an internet vacation offer by rooms101.com for a 3 night-4day getaway at the Hawthorn Inn, Charleston, South Carolina for $199.00. After the vacation my American Express card had been charged $299.00. I contacted the business several times but never received a reply. This company is perpetrating fraud. They owe me one hundred dollars. THIS IS ILLEGAL!

This company has the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with
This company has the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. They aren't accommodating and you always talk to different people and none of them now what you are talking about. They charge you what they want to. I do not recommend this company to anyone and hate I wasted my money seeing how I couldn't get any of it back. THEY HAVE RUINED OUR VACATION.

I called to book a reservation to pigeon forge... It was a vacation package that was advertised on there website...when the lady returned my call she was rude from the point of hello...I will never attempt to get on this website for anything and the rooms that they tried to book me for where 1 star rooms...
