I felt safe with COVID, all the sales person where practicing social distancing, and the staff was awesome. They helped me find the perfect car for my needs and budget. The process was easy and stress-free. The only downside was the wait time, but it was worth it for the great service. I highly recommend Metro Ford, Inc. for anyone in the market for a new or used car.
I left my 2013 expedition at Metro Ford on July 1
I left my 2013 expedition at Metro Ford on July 1. The warranty company asked Ford to do an engine tear down, which took almost 4 weeks because they didn't have enough staff. The warranty company wouldn't rent me a car until the tear down was done and an inspector came to Ford. So, I rented a car myself and paid for it (XXXX). Finally, the tear down was done and the inspector came. The warranty company decided to buy a new engine for my car and rented me a car. But, it's been 21 days and Ford still hasn't finished my car. I called the service manager today, September 2, but got no response. I also emailed the service manager, but still no response.

Metro Ford is the real deal when it comes to customer service
Metro Ford is the real deal when it comes to customer service. My salesman, ***, was amazing and helped me find the perfect used car. And when it came to financing, Rob, the manager, got me the best deal with the lowest interest rate. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and I want to thank them for their excellent service.
Metro Ford Miami is the bomb!
Metro Ford Miami is the bomb! Me and my hubby were checkin' out other dealerships and they were all givin' us the run around. But then we met Sheldon Holland and he made us feel right at home. His service was top-notch and he wasn't pushy or nothin'. Thanks, Metro Ford!
Horrible experience!
Horrible experience! They advertise the car price thousands less than what they actually sell it for. They won't give you online quotes and lure you in just to raise the price and not honor the online pricing. Their ComplaintsBoard.com rating is good because they make their workers write fake reviews to keep their rating up. They don't give a hoot about customer service. I ain't never doing business here again after the experience I had with them.

I went to Metro Ford, Inc. for maintenance on my car, but they refused to do it just because I complained about a previous fix that wasn't good. The manager said he wouldn't take my car if I didn't trust them. What a joke! Also, I got two letters from *** Headquarters telling me to come to the dealership to replace faulty parts, but Metro Ford said they didn't have any for four months. That's just silly.

I tried to make a deal with many Ford dealerships in Florida. Every time I called, they gave me the usual runaround and didn't spend too much time on me. But Metro Ford, and my guy Frank, were patient throughout the whole process. He worked with me remotely, over the phone, text, onsite, after-hours, whenever I had a little time to squeeze in. Frank always got back to me. Because of Frank's service, I knew the deal had to go through Metro Ford and at the end, Frank delivered! Such a great deal. I'm so happy. Thanks Frank and thanks Metro Ford!

The boss man *** was so mean, he asked me if I was deaf on the phone smh. I don't even know how he got to be the boss. They took my old tag (which I left on my old car) and said I asked for a tag transfer instead of a new one I already paid for..I had to pay for tolls (which I did) and they said they'd give me a temp tag until they sent me the new one (never happened). I could go on but just don't bother with these guys. They're desperate for cash, it's sad. *** thinks he's some kind of tough guy on the phone, come on man you're in the service biz, step it up!

This place that fixes cars is not good. They don't talk to each other and the car was only a little bit fixed after we paid $600. We complained and the boss said they would fix it. We left the car there for 2 more days and when we got it back, it was the same. They didn't say anything and didn't even say sorry. We went back and they said they couldn't fix it and we needed a new bumper. They might be right, but they didn't explain anything. They called us to say the car was ready, but they didn't do anything. The people who work here don't know how to do their job. They need to go back to school or work somewhere else where they don't have to talk to the boss. Don't go to Metro!
