They offered a discount code but charged my card full price at check out, basically they did a bait and switch. After i contacted customer service I was told I would get my refund in 3-5 days but that didn't happen. They're customer service rep. Samantha is rude and has no business in customer service she told me I had to wait until her boss decides he was ready to release my funds. They should have never taken my money to begin with and then they expect me to wait until they're good and ready to pay me back. Frauds! Buyer beware.
Paris hotel & casino hotel room
The company failed to provide what they promised. A room at the Paris with Premium views. Upon check-in, the hotel claimed that the premium room was not available, and I could not complain to the Hotel as my contract was with bestofvegas.com. Best of Vegas has not returned any call or message. They are complete pieces of work. Do not use! Be warned that using them will ruin your trip! spend a few extra bucks booking through a reputable service or the hotel itself that will stand by their product
Complete waste of time after being on hold for 15 minutes
Promotion on tickets not honored. Quote " ...no longer available and should have been taken down by I.T. Dept." Not rude, but not helpful. Complete waste of time after being on hold for 15 minutes.
I agree. Do not use this company. I called to purchase show tickets and asked for specific seats. When I received my confirmation email, I realized they booked the wrong seats. I called back and spoke to Audrey (manager) and she refused to work with me at all even though it was completely their fault. They are rated an F by the BBB for a reason.
