Automotix.com customer service

I ordered a transmission from them and received one in less than a week.Unfortunately it was not the one I ordered and was not compatible with my vehicle.I have been told by the sales rep Alan that they would pick up the transmission and refund my money but they have done neither. I have spoken with them several times per week for the last 30 days and they keep saying they'll take care of it but they have done nothing.
