Just Fearless, LLC reviews and complaints
Vending event canceled no refund
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction and concern regarding the recent handling of an event organized by Just Fearless to be hosted in Washington, DC. I signed up for the event as a vendor/speaker, which was subsequently canceled. I was then presented with two options: either change the event location or receive a refund a month later. I chose to have my money refunded. I had a bad feeling about this company.
However, when I requested my refund, I received an email stating that Just Fearless intended to keep my payment and would not issue a refund, despite my timely request. This response is unacceptable, particularly given that the funds were taken quickly and should have been returned in a similar manner.
I have since filed a dispute with Chase regarding this matter and plan to host a masterclass to inform others about this experience. Additionally, I found another scam report online detailing a similar situation with Just Fearless, where an individual was also denied a refund.
I strongly urge anyone considering doing business with this organization to thoroughly research them before engaging. A simple Google search yields little to no credible information about Just Fearless, and they lack a Google page or any proper contact information aside from a shared email address.
These actions reflect poor business practices, and I am sharing my experience to protect others from being similarly affected.
