Cheap and useless backdrop. No photographer would use a wrinkled backdrop. The vinyl backdrop was creased and wrinkled permanently as a result of the supplier’s negligence which made it absolutely useless. Backdrops are usually rolled without folding and shipped in tubes. Total waste of time and money. I complained to the company via email and was told to fix it myself by laying it flat for 24 hours, I followed their ridiculous suggestion and did it for 48 hours which did not help at all. It didn’t even put a dent in the wrinkles. I contacted them again and asked them to take it back for a full refund, they started haggling with me offering a 50% refund, which is unacceptable. This item is totally and 100% useless and only good for recycling trash bins. Stay away from this vendor.

I recently made a purchase from Buy-Backdrop, a company that specializes in providing backdrops for various purposes. I was in need of a large backdrop, measuring 20ft by 9ft, for my model train and slot car layout. Although the order took a while to process, I wasn't in a rush to receive it, so it didn't bother me much.

After a few weeks, I received a notification that my order had arrived in the United States at JFK airport. However, there was no movement on the tracking information for a long time, which made me concerned. I decided to contact the company to inquire about the status of my order.

To my dismay, the company informed me that the carrier had lost my package. I requested a refund, but "Sofia," the customer service representative, convinced me to have the order reshipped. I reluctantly agreed, hoping that my order would arrive soon.

Unfortunately, my order never arrived, and I have been unable to get a response from the company. I have tried contacting them through email, their "contact us" function, and even direct email to the company, but to no avail. It seems that I have been ripped off, as I paid for a product that I never received, and the company is ignoring my inquiries.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against buying from Buy-Backdrop. My experience with them has been nothing but a disappointment, and I don't want anyone else to go through the same ordeal.

I also tried steaming the backdrops on a cool setting, but to no avail. I even read a comment on the site that suggested placing the backdrops in the dryer, but this too did not work. I was extremely frustrated as it seemed impossible to remove the wrinkles.

To make matters worse, I found it impossible to contact the company for assistance. I eventually gave up and threw all three backdrops in the trash. Another issue I had was with the shipping details. I had to go through PayPal to get any updates on the shipping details, and even then, the information was not readily available. It was only after the items were shipped that I received the tracking information, and even then, it was only available online. This caused a lot of confusion and frustration, and I had no idea that the items were coming from China.

Overall, I would not recommend buy-backdrop.com to anyone. The quality of the backdrops was poor, and the customer service was non-existent. The shipping details were also confusing and caused unnecessary delays. Save your money and look elsewhere for your backdrop needs.

I recently made a purchase from Buy-Backdrop, spending a hefty sum of over $350 on 8 backdrops. My order was placed on 04/29, and while a shipping label was created, I have yet to receive any confirmation that my order has actually been shipped by USPS. I attempted to track my order using the 17TRACK website, which is supposed to provide tracking information from China, but all I could see were departure and arrival dates and times with no indication of location or movement. I'm not even sure if this website is legitimate.

To make matters worse, I have serious doubts about the legitimacy of Buy-Backdrop and the tracking company they use. The chat line on their website is never online, and when I reached out via email, I only received a brief message stating that my order was shipped and in transit. However, it seems that my order is still in China and nowhere near the United States.

I had initially been drawn to Buy-Backdrop because their website claimed that standard shipping would take only 9-12 days. However, based on my experience, I find it hard to believe that this is true. I am extremely disappointed with my experience and will not be ordering from this company again for my business.

So I made the mistake of placing an order from Buy-Backdrop. But I realized that I made a mistake very shortly after, so I asked them to cancel it. I was surprised to find out that they still sent the items to me despite my request, so I had to return them. They didn't make it easy for me either, because they kept telling me to gift or resell them, which wasn't feasible for me. After a lot of back and forth, they finally allowed me to return the items.

But that's not the end of the story. I sent the package to the return address that was written on the package, and when I asked for a refund, they told me that it wasn't their actual warehouse. But they didn't give me any other address to use, so I don't know what they expected me to do. I'm still trying to get my refund, but it seems like they're never going to give it to me.

I've sent a fair few messages to the company, but I've never received a response. I thought that was bad, but then I received an email from them trying to sell me more backdrops! I couldn't believe it. I responded to the email, telling them I never even received my last order that I spent $90 on, and that I have no way of getting my money back. Finally, I received a message back from someone named Steve, asking for my order number so he could look into it. I sent him all the info, but after that, I never heard back from him. I've sent several other emails since then, but I still haven't received a response. I was looking forward to using my new backdrop, but now it feels like I'm never going to get it. Between losing my money and not getting any customer service, I definitely regret ordering from this site. If I had read some reviews beforehand, I might have saved myself the stress and inconvenience. I honestly think that the only positive reviews on this site come from people who are in on the scam. So, take this as a warning: stay away from Buy-Backdrop if you don't want to end up in the same situation as me.

Got four 8' x 8' backdrops from Buy-Backdrop (buy-backdrop.com) but my heart sank when I saw that all of them have been spliced with some sort of thermal glue every four feet. That's a lot of glue, and I was worried if it would cause any issues. To make matters worse, these backdrops were shipped from China, folded flat. You guessed it right, they arrived with creases at the fold lines!

I mean, what could you expect from a company that ships everything from China? I followed their recommendations, applied a warm iron, or a garment steamer to remove the creases - but the glue let go, and the backdrop fell apart. That's a total waste of money, mate!

And wait, there's more! I had to reach out to their customer support, hoping they could at least take a look and provide a solution or something. So far, it's been two weeks - and my email request has been ignored. Looks like they have that same customer service we've all come to expect from these offshore suppliers. Yup, no support at all and buyer beware, folks.

I ordered from Buy-Backdrop expecting the express shipping that was advertised, which promised delivery within 3-4 days. Unfortunately, I was not provided with any updates regarding my order and felt helpless as I waited eagerly for my package to arrive. Despite my attempts to gain more information through email, I received no response from the company. As the days went by, I began to lose hope and grow anxious about the fate of my order.

After a whopping 10 days of waiting with no word from the company, I decided to take action. I put in a claim with PayPal, the platform I use for all of my online transactions. Almost immediately after filing the claim, Buy-Backdrop responded with reassurances that my order would arrive "soon". I requested a tracking number, but to no avail. However, the following day, the company finally came through and provided a tracking number for my package.

It turns out that my package had only been shipped the day after I filed my claim with PayPal - a total of 11 days after I placed my order. I was frustrated to discover that I had been charged a hefty $37 for express shipping that I did not receive, and that my package had arrived 15 days after my initial order.

Overall, my experience with Buy-Backdrop left much to be desired. While I did eventually receive my order, the lack of communication and delay in shipping were big issues that could have been avoided with better customer service.

I just wanted to let everyone know about my experience with Buy-Backdrop. Let me just say, it was not a good one. I purchased four collapsible backdrops, but was disappointed to find that three of them were severely damaged upon arrival. The packaging was completely torn and the metal edges had ripped through the cloth. It was a mess. I was pretty upset about it and took some photos to send to buy-backdrop, hoping they would offer a replacement or at least a substantial refund. But they did not do either. And get this, even though their website claims they offer a full refund for damaged goods, they didn't follow through. It was frustrating to say the least.

I ended up spending over ?240 on these backdrops, but they only offered me a measly ?8 compensation. Can you believe that? After many (and I mean MANY) back and forth emails, they upped their offer slightly to ?30, which I still refused. I mean, come on. They then tried to sweeten the deal with a 10% discount on my next order but I was not fooled. Why would I want to order again after experiencing such terrible customer service? It was just not worth it to me.

To make things even worse, just recently they tried to bribe me with ?40 to remove my feedback on their website. Seriously?! That is just completely unethical. It just confirms to me that this is not a business I want to be associated with. Overall, I would definitely recommend avoiding Buy-Backdrop. The quality of their products may be questionable, and their customer service is not to be trusted.

So I recently ordered a backdrop from Buy-Backdrop on April 29, 2020, with hopes that it would arrive before the Memorial Day weekend. As expected, there was a chance that COVID-19 would delay shipping, so I opted to pay for a faster 5-day shipping option. What I didn't expect was that I paid more for shipping than I did for the backdrop itself!

After a few days went by and I still hadn't received any delivery notifications, I became worried. I decided to reach out to the company via email and inquire about my delivery status. They apologized and blamed the pandemic for the delay. But, to my surprise, I received a shipping notification within an hour of my email.

Well, Memorial Day weekend came and went, and I still hadn't received my backdrop. Before the holiday, I emailed the company again, asking about the delivery status and they replied that it was on its way. Then I emailed them requesting a refund because I was tired of waiting for it, and they replied saying that they couldn't provide a refund because it was already in transit.

I felt like I had been completely scammed. It was definitely a real bummer. It turns out that I'm not the only one who has had issues with this company. It's an absolute rip-off, and I don't recommend that anyone do business with them.

I was checkin' out some backdrops for my Halloween shoot and stumbled upon Buy-Backdrop (buy-backdrop.com). While I was perusin' their collection, I stumbled on an image that looked super familiar. I was in disbelief, so I headed back to my Flickr account where I had previously posted the image, and what do ya know? It was the EXACT same image I shot in Crescent City, California. The same camera angle, same clouds, same waves, everything! I couldn't believe what I was seein', and to top it off, they didn't even ask to use my image, provide compensation, or give me any copyright release. They straight up stole my work!

I'm here to warn ya'll that this company is makin' their money by stealin' from artists and creatives alike. It's downright shameful, and I wouldn't dare recommend them to anyone. Buy-Backdrop is a company that's only lookin' out for themselves and their pockets, with no regard for the hard work and rights of others.

If it wasn't for the fact that I have all the proof I need to back up my claims, I wouldn't even be writin' this review. But I have the original image files and camera data to prove what I'm sayin', so don't even think about callin' me a liar.

I'm givin' them zero stars for their blatant theft of my art. Steer clear of Buy-Backdrop if you value your own work and creativity.

This website is not to be trusted, they are complete liars! Buy-Backdrop claims that they can ship your order in 4-6 or 8-10 business days. However, my order has not moved since September 20th, and I have been waiting for 35 business days! Their customer service is not responding and I am extremely disappointed and furious. This company is a scam and I will be filing chargebacks against them. It's appalling that a company like this is still operating and taking advantage of customers. My advice to you is to AVOID this terrible website at all costs.

I can't believe how terrible their customer service is. It's been a month and they haven't even updated me on what's happening to my order. But just two hours after I posted my review, a customer service representative called "Bella" reached out to me, saying my package arrived in my country. But the tracking link they provided hasn't updated since September 20th, and they are refusing to give me any screenshot. Looks like they are just trying to lie their way out of this situation. I feel cheated and ripped off. This company is a bunch of liars and they should not be trusted.

I was really excited to order from Buy-Backdrop for a special event I had planned for the end of the week. I made a mistake with my order and emailed them right away to change the postcode. Their website said that express shipping was 2-4 days, and since I needed it by Friday, I paid the extra $40AUD for it. I let them know my deadline in the email, and they assured me they would prioritize my order.

However, when I checked the status on Friday, it was still being processed. I was counting on it arriving that day, so I was really disappointed. Then, I received a text from the delivery company saying it wouldn't arrive until the following Tuesday, which was totally unacceptable. I had really counted on it arriving on Friday, and it ruined my plans.

To make things even worse, I got a call on Tuesday from my delivery company saying they couldn't find my address. Apparently, Buy-Backdrop never changed the postcode on my order, so my package was sent halfway across the country!

I'm really frustrated with this company. They promise a lot on their website but don't deliver on their promises. They can't even handle simple requests like changing an address or responding to emails in a timely manner. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to using their products for my event, but now I'll have to find another vendor who can actually deliver what they promise.

I gotta tell ya, the backdrops from Buy-Backdrop (buy-backdrop.com) are alright, but the delivery time was longer than a trip to the DMV. I ordered in late January 2020 and didn't receive the full order until late March. However, after I contacted them about the missing items, they did arrive a week later by special delivery. So, they can get their act together when they need to.

Now, let's talk about the backdrops themselves. They're pretty sturdy, but also lightweight. The only issue is that they were super creased when they arrived. I've been using an iron on a low heat with a lot of pressure to smooth them out, but apparently the sun does the trick better (too bad I'm stuck in the Highlands with no sunlight in sight). Despite the creases, though, they do look just like the website description and the 3ft x 5ft size is perfect for photographing small items like cakes, hats, boxes, and bowls. It was exactly what I needed for my business.

That being said, it would have been nice if they sent the backdrops rolled instead of folded and without such a long wait. But, hey, it is what it is. All in all, if you're not in a rush and don't mind some creases, give Buy-Backdrop a shot.
