The information that is given to people is very poor. There is suppose to be tons of organizations of places to volunteer and then when you get the information you find missing detailed information as well as countries that are TOTALLY left out. After all is says LATIN AMERICA. He charges 24 pounds for information that is not very good resource information and people should choose what they are looking for..not him!

I purchased 2 tickets on 4/21/10 for a concert that was canceled. The amt of $24.04 was refunded to me. I also purchased 2 tickets on 4/21/10 for the same concert, the amount was $28.54 and after numerous requests for a refund for this amount, I have been totally ignored, no phone call have not been returned.
