We acquired certain AS-JS series equipment from Airsep Corporation in the amount of US$1, 802, 685. The equipment never produced the capacity promised by Airsep. in fact, it never produce more than the 10% of the capacity that we needed. In trying to address this issue, Mr. Luis Contreras indicated thta the issue was not with the equipment, but rather one of pressure, and recommended that us acquire additional equipment from Airsep in order to increase pressure to needed levels. We made the required deposit of US$23, 500 for such pressure equipment. In analizing the issue further, we determined that the problem was not the pressure but rather the equipment itself. Airsep was given the required parameters by us and sold an equipment that did not meet our needs. We returned the equipment and has asked that the original payment and the deposit be remitted to it as soon as possible. In late October 2009, Mr. Luis Contreras indicated that Airsep (Ravinder K Bansal)would credit the equipment for the purchase of new equipment at 80% of the amount paid by us. This is not a satisfactory result for us. Furthermore, Mr. Luis Contreras explained that the deposit would not be returned until after IRS was notiied of the return of such sale and the IRS returned all taxes paid by Airsep in connection with such sale. This too is unsatisfactory for us.
He is not a distributor.

Perhaps, you should be more careful before doing a scam of this kind.

I owned an 2 airsep concentrators in the states, both failed in the past two years.r. Now what am i supposed to do ? You stopped Ebay from advertising them, and you say customers are happy ? Corporate Greed !, I live in the Philippines and now I have to buy a chinese piece of crap because airsep costs 3 times what they cost in the US. Simply unbelievable. I have severe COPD and was prescribed my other two. Thanks for nothing ! All you are interested in is Profits you could care less about patients lives. How much has sales increased since you took used concentrators off the market ? Thats what you were worried about !

Compre a Luis Contreras de Airsep Corporation, un generador de oxigeno por 8, 500 USD (Ochomil Quiniento dolares americanos 00/100 USD) hasta el dia de hoy no he recibido mi producto, no responde mis llamadas, el exigio el pago al 100%, despues de checar que Airsep corporation era pues una buena empresa me decidi a depositarle la cuenta estaba a nombre de airsep mexico branch por lo cual me dio confianza ya que cuando le pregunte me dijo que la cuenta era para mexico. Asi que fui al banco hice la transferencia en dolares a la cuenta indicada, em dijo que el envio salia dentro de 3 semanas.
Segun que tenia envio inmediato y dije pues ni modo me espero, van mas de 3 meses no contesta mis correos electronicos le hablo por telefono y cuelga, cero responsable, amabilidad nula. que de la cara y me devuelva mi dinero ya no quiero el producto. que lastima de una empresa que se supone que es muy grande por ahorrarme unos pesos con uno de sus generadores ahora me salio mas caro que seguir con el modelo actual de mi negocio. fui a meter queja a la profeco pero como es empresa americana se tiene que demandar alla o almenos eso fue lo que me dijeron. Que mal la verdad y el tipo dice ser mexicano porque habla perfectamente el español, escribo esto para que lo piensen dos veces antes de algo asi. cuidado con Luis Contreras o Phillipe Figueroa Jean me estafaron no me contestan llamadas ni correos. Sigo esperando mi dinero de vuelta, pero no he podido recuperar lo que infamemente me robaron. con la crisis que tenemos y esta gente no mas dañando a gente que es honesto y que quiere trabajar.

We also have complain for Airsep.
We have bought Oxygen Concentrator Model No.VISIONAIRE, Sr. No. V047362 in India from Medexcel, New Delhi, India vide order no 002 DT. 15/06/2011. Company handed over the machine on 17.06.11. This machine is not working properly as it gives beep and stopped giving oxygen. We have made complained many time on telephone to Medexcel. They have deputed service engineer to check the fault and he took the machine in sealed condition to repair the fault on 01/Nov/2011. The machine returned on 2/Nov/2011 after repair in unsealed condition. Machine worked properly for 2-3 days only and again it started giving the same problem. We have again contacted company for the same and in returned we got very weird answer from Ms. R. Bala, heading Medexcel (as per her). She behaved very rudely which is totally unacceptable to any customer and denied to give services or replacement of the machine.
This is life supporting machine for a patient (my father in-law) and cannot depend on this type of faulty equipment. Therefore, we had to arrange oxygen cylinders at my own cost to avoid any unfortunate incident.
Please advise on the same.

To maintain the record strait Industrial Mondelo S. de R.L. de C.V. has only work with AirSep Mexico (distributor), never at corporation level.
In this case, images say more than words, attached is a copy of the company purchase order and it clearly shows that they purchase 2 units of AS-J with a total of $58, 000.00 US Dollars. Not $1, 802, 685 USD
If they lie in the first sentence of there complain, what is true?
In that company they have bad communication among their employees and the owner Ing. Miguel Antonio Pizzuto Martí.
They made the order incorrectly, by a mistake in units (meter and feet). We gave them options and even we agreed to accept their machines in an upgrade, but they did not want to buy the upgrade. Neither they want to accept their mistake.

AirSep Corporation has been informed that a matter between Industrial Mondelo and distributor, Luis Contreras in Mexico, may be one of appropriate equipment sizing. Our distributor Mr. Contreras has been cooperative in providing details on this customer, Industrial Mondelo, in originally ordering AS J-series equipment.
We have been briefed that both our in-country distributor and Industrial Mondelo personnel originally agreed to an oxygen generating system with a capacity of 600 scf/h, which may later have been determined to be a need for 600 nm3/h. Our distributor had indicated the taking of measures to remedy the situation in good faith, including a possible solution with an addition to the system of an oxygen compressor when adequate pressure was believed to be the issue.
We are also expecting a letter from our distributor to further clarify the situation, as we are most concerned in obtaining a fair and satisfactory outcome for all parties involved. Thank you.
