City Square Enterprises Pvt Ltd. review: These people not even picking up the phone 1

I booked a plot in NRI centre City near Electronic City and give them an Advance Cheque of Rs 50, 000/- and asked them not to put the cheque coz i need to take advice from Real Estate Consultants. But City Square got Cheque in cashed very next morning. In the next afternoon when i decided not to go for the Plot found that money is already withdrawn from my Account. I approached one of Directors and given an applicaton for cancillation of booking, He assured me that you will get refund in a weeks time. after calling him several time finally thay issued me a cheque. when i put that in my account in got Bounced due to insufficient fund. Again i contacted One of his Director Mr. M. Rajan and he said you you present the cheque next week again. I did and it again got Bounced due to insufficient fund. Now those people not even picking up the phone. So now I have to warn people from City Square and to take legal action against them.
