I received a Christmas gift of candles with the label Morgan and Grace. A brand-new candle, which my niece purchased for who knows how much, burned for 12 hrs then the wicks were buried and to would not burn further. I tried multiple times to re-light. No success. I tried multiple times to try to contact the company... Again no success. I can only conclude this company is a scam to part consumers from their money.
