Bradford Exchange London, Ontario review: Refund on return product

-1 Star. Ordered ring from Bradford Exchange January 24, 2023 and charged to credit card. Received ring on Jan 27, 2023. Called customer service on Jan 27, 2023 to return ring. Ring looked cheap and resized as if someone had it before. Returned ring by Canada post Jan 28, 2023. Canada post track # stated ring delivered on wed Jan 31, 2023. I have sent 2 emails to ask about refund. Customer service emails stated did not receive ring. I called 3 times and recording stated customer service busy with customers to push 1 and call will be returned in sequence. The calls come to my number and when I pick up the phone there is a dial tone. I called again today to talk to customer service to ask them about my refund. He said he didn't understand and he would look into it. Put me on hold. Stated that they did not receive ring. I asked the man on phone where is the customer service he went silent. I said hello, hello. He hung up on me. I did not want to write this review but since I am not getting good customer service I wanted to let people be aware of this company. All I want is my refund $211.29
