I returned items, received email notification that order was refunded and 21 days later, no refund and afterpay is still taking out payments. I have called TGB multiple times and received differing excuses - "online orders are only handled by email" "I will get this resolved" "You will have to call back and talk to Jenny." and emailed as well with no response. I filled a dispute with Afterpay for them to tell me that they do not provide refunds, only the merchant can do that. What is the point of a dispute if they are going to do nothing about it?
Desired outcome: I would like a refund from TBG and from afterpay.
