Hi this morning I contacted customers service because I missed my flight. I leave a voice msg to customer service. one of your customer service executives called me said he can help in me in this issue.. and he requested for booking reference number. I gave it to him. he said ur booking can't see through maybe airlines remove it from the system bcs u missed the flight. he ask me to sen the ticket through his watsap. he texted me me in watsap. (+[protected]) yasir haider basra his name. I send my tickets. than he told me it will cost 700 sterling pounds for 2 pax. I explain ti him my card hacked by someone. I block it and cant use it. than he said he u can transfer. I told him give me sometime will get back to u. than he said pls contact me back to the number that I texred u.. that is personal number.. it so suspicious... than I again called customer service etihad one girl by the name of Evana answered.. I explain to her she ask for my booking reference, u knkw what happens? my booking is visible there.. and she gave me for 200 pounds for 2 pax.. I booked the ticket accordingly. She asist me very well.

After sometime I again received watsap msg from him. he asked what u have decided.. this is whr my doubts begins. a Professional airlines executive will handle everything through email or call. but this guy communicating through watsap. Than I simply texted him. how much u told just now he said now price is 500 pounds. And he become alert.. than I came to know he try to scam me.. I fired him through the msg. he nvr reply. I said I will complaint. he replied like no worries. This is what happen to me. thank God God opened my eyes. im saved. I what etihad to strictly take note on this. bcs of this kind of staff ur entire services gonna affected. I don't knkw how many of them might get scammed indirectly through him. I want etihad to look into this issue and take action against him.

This is very serious issue. etihad should keep a staff like this!

I got all the evidence that he spoke to me and watsap me. I believe etihad also have call recording service.

I can provide the time that he spoke to me. please listen to the call recording and take action against him! I'm don't want anyone else to get trap like this anymore.
