I contacted N.C.R.I. to complete a mold inspection at a rental property. The company was told to make arrangements with the tenant. They failed to do so and never inspected the property. I told them to contact me for assistance in getting in the property. They never did and when I asked for a refund, they refused and they never even looked inside the property.
