I received texts from Marian Jitney about the bumper. I only have one email from him and that is because it's an invoice separate from ebay. Ebay resolution office has no record of the sale because he uses paypal through email.
The bumper was for a convertible and not my car. Maaco alerted me of the mixup and I alerted Marian who could not do anything but take the wrong bumper back. So, Maaco had no bumper except my old one so they put back on. Marian said sorry for the mixup and thats the last I heard from him.
Claimed loss: $524.17 for the bumper.$887.50 for Maaco who removed my old bumper, painted and prepped the wrong bumper, and then reinstalled my old bumper.
Desired outcome: FULL REFUND for the wrong bumper and all the charges incurred as a result of the "mixup".
