Heinz - Ketchup
I purchased a bottle of Heinz ketchup on Wednesday, January 23, 2024 at B & D Market in Olivia, MN. I took pictures when a went to use it. Upon taking the cover off to take the seal off the top it fell off and ketchup was hardened around the neck of the bottle. This leaves me to believe it did not have a safe seal & would the ketchup be safe. I’m wondering how this got past inspection.

Do not trust Kate Van Zanten, she is constantly on her phone during working hours harassing people and yelling at customer service while she should be doing work instead-- as Project Manager at UCSF Medical Center...
