Lincoln Financial Group review: 403b not received

In December oof 2024 I requested a distribution loan from my 403b. Someone at the company spelled my name wrong which caused a need for a correction. To backspace and change a letter it took this company 5 months. I finally received the funds in April of 2025. t for3ward to October 3, 2025. I have left my position at the company which had LFG as the holder of its 403b accounts. I filed to have my funds released to me. On October 29 my account showed zero, great I think that they have sent the funds to my bank. No that is not what happened. Once again there was an error that they created but I have to pay for. I have no idea when they will release my funds and no one in the customer service department can tell me anything other than they are actively working on it. This company needs to be investigated at the federal level. There are thousands of complaints about them.
