Ahalia hospital group instead of paying my end term benefits and unpaid dues on endoservice with them, filed a false complaint against me saying I am absconding, even while staying in hospital accomodation. They do not pay agrred professional charges and incentives and will force employees to sign Labourt contract violating norms of agreement before joining. they also Pay the lowest salary.

Recently took my daughter to a peadiatrician in ahalia hospital abu dhabi, dr. chandni pradeep. I havent seen such an arrogant lady before. she doesnt allow us to speak or ask any question related to the child's illness. I dont understand how such rude characters takeup such a dignified profession. if we arent allowed to speak up how canwe give her the details regarding the illness of our child. one more reason to hate ahalia hospital. shame on u dr. chandni pradeep who doesnt even know the courtesy to smile. u dont deserve to be in that position.

I was worked in Ahalia Hospital before . they are giving very less salary .One day I fight with that NEENA she is a bull ### . I had asked to give my salary as they promised before joining there .but she refused immediately I had thrown my resignation letter in to her face . But They had took all my certificate which was kept their custody since I joined there. They told me if I need my certificate I have to pay 10000 Dhrms to them. finally I went back without my certificate Still it is with them. But I got duplicate certificate from university and with in 3 months I had joined in SEHA now I am receiving X20 times more salary than there

Ahalia has been providing such a poor service to the patients these days. The doctors are unprofessional and also unable to diagnose patient's illness. I have faced a very bad experience with Dr. Madhu, one of the general physician in Ahalia. I was really affected with Flu and headache that it was impossible for me to go to my office. I have informed my office authorities about my illness and they asked to submit a Sick Leave Certificate. I had been to the hospital in the evening and I was denied of the Sick Leave Letter by Dr. Madhu since I was only having cold and not fever. He has also prescribed medicines for me. I had to lose my daily salary and had to attend my office being not well the next day with fever which he could not diagnose the previous day. These hospitals are giving such a poor and shabby service to the patients that none prefers to show up again in these hospitals.

It is better not to join ahalia abu dhabi. now all the keralite staff has left the hospital and is packed with non competent pakistani doctors and philippine staffs. the hospital has lost its credibility, has stopped attracting good patients and locals who are residents. good surgeons and able staff have either resigned or terminated. those who left were not paid their dues. many left as they do not want to fight against the system. thanks to dr dilip - now many are aware of the unethical practices being followed.

Non competent filipino staffs? please be very careful with your statement because obviously you lack knowledge. since majority of the filipino hospital workers are nurses, I would like to let you know about the philippine nurse licensure examination. it is a 500-item exam (2-3 days) to test nursing level competency.in order to pass the examination, an examinee must obtain a general average of at least 75% with a rating of not below 60% in any of five test subjects. fyi the same goes for all healthcare professionals in the philippines. i'm a medical technologist we are only allowed thrice to sit an exam. general average is 75% and no 75% below on all major test subjects.

Dr. gopal as an individual is good. his empire in abu dhabi is a fine instiution and has considerable reputation. but the problem is with his institutions in india, particularly the eye hospitals across the length and breadth of kerala. this is because he has not appointed right persons at the helm. there is total lack of management system. people at the helm are misguiding him. he has good vision but unfortunately wearing wrong glasses. dr. sas. My request to people of uae, specially expats, please do your homework well before visiting hospital

I am currently visiting zulekha hospital in dubai, only god can save us, 1st time I met dr pramila, supposed to specialist in gynae, but I think her speciality is collecting money in various ways and scaring the patient all the time, I think old age doctors should take a permanent break and give younger one's a chance.

Then I moved to dr rani krishna, I think again god has to save me, she has no interest except in the system in front of her & how to give patient some or the other test so that she could make some money.

Is zulekha hospital listening, dr daud, chairperson, please wake up and visit these bunch of quacks in zulekha and please replace them, dr rani has no time, she doesn't even read the patient report and will assume everything and want's the patient to leave immediately, she doesnt know we are paying a fortune to get treated.
All doc want normal to be sent to 'c ' section so they get better commsions, I guess?

Its important that govt of uae thinks about some measures to set a standard and price and services rendered to a petient.

Zulekha hospital is a sad experience, this comment is to open eyes, but if something goes wrong in my case, the world will see it in the open.

Hello guys,
all these may feel unbelievable those who here the stories first time. I have a relative working in this hospital for few years and I have understood what is happening inside. dr. dileep's is not a isolated incident. they have done vengeance on quite a few employees including doctors, nursing staff and other supportive staff.in recent days few of the staffs have attempted suicide because of the harassment most of them terminated or diplomatically send back.
if you think of employee fecilities offered you can see something unique in ahalia-includes confiscation of your passport and certificate from the time of appearing for haad exams, deactivation of punching and with holding salaries if you didnt submit the passport or documents while working in ahalia. no local holidays or other holidays including ramadan. extended working hours in ramadan. no sick leave or leave salary if your are sick it is lop.
I heard recently they have introduced new insurance card for emplyees, the cheapest in the market with the clause, it cannot be used in ahalia groups so that any treatment all staf to go to other hospitals or other clinics
a large number of malayalee doctors have left ahalia recently. it now packed up with pakistani or non keralitite doctors and most of them are not up to the mark

Hello everyone,
the comment posted by kkshaji is absolutely correct. if any one wants to know about the owner of ahalia group (dr. gopal), please read kk shaji's comment. you will get a good picture about him. dr. gopal, his actual name is v.s. gopalan. he is only an ordinary mbbs dr. he made money from abortion. the story narrated by mr. shaji is absolutely true. dr. gopalan is not doctor now. he was caught around 18 years back my uae authorities. he is a wolf who put sheep's jacket.
And also thanks for every one for making this blog against ahalia interesting. :)

Health authority cancelled dr gopal's licence way back in eighties as he was caught by police doing illegal abortions and adultery.

He has done so many illegal activities in his hospital.

If you are a patient admitted in ahalia hospital, please check whether you are getting the injections you have purchased. dr gopal has brought many cheap antibiotic injections from india to use in the in patient wards. if you purchase an injection worth 100 dirhams, they will take it and send it back to their pharmacy and give you another cheap injection brought from india which poor patients admitted there never understand. you tell them to take injection you purchased in front of you and give it straightaway. dont allow the nurses to go to treatment room to change it.

One recent story is that one employee died during his employment in Ahalia Hospital. Later when his family came to collect his belongings Dr Gopal didnt give last month's salary saying that there was no notice period (before his death!)and hence hospital will take 1 month salary as compensation.
Is he a human being?...he should be slashed 1000 times before the authorities deport him home.

The uae authorities are really blind and such fools to allow this man gopal, a noted abortionist (made money from abortions, which is illegal there) to run this hospital, who has insulted even the father of their nation. he has a wife in india who he has not divorced but lives in uae with a srilankan female (adultery). again abu dhabi authorities are blind. gives none of the public holidays declared by the uae authorities to his employees. it is high time this man who is a disgrace to the labour laws and insults the country be deported with a permenent ban. both his children committed suicide and case must be reopened to investigate his role for instigating them to commit suicide. most of his former good doctors has left and with him the more service you put up, it reflects your incompetence!. only sycophants, can survive there and some people from his community.

The hospital violates every labour law in uae. when his rh sheikh zyed, founding father of uae died, all hospitals in abu dhabi shut down for one day as a mark of respect. this was the only hospital which ran their op. gopal has not cared for his family and such a person cannot be expected to take care of his employees. he cheats every body, and is a master of exploitation. if you get a job offer from ahalia be careful. it is a trap. dr gopal is the brain and others are remote controlled. dont blame dr vibu. gopals father was a vaidyan.

The eye hospital in kerala, is an eye wash to trick people for free cataract surgery (he collects in dollar from us based charities). one person died at ahalia palakkad eye hospital, after surgery following a heart problem. the reason no physician to screen for medical problems and nobody to manage the situation.

If you are lucky that you have not joined ahalia yet, never ever join here.
If you have joined ahalia already you are very unlucky you will have to go through many legal and ministerial ways to get your dues, salary, certificates and passport when you end your job with them. my advice is keep all your pay slips, memos, bank statements, leave sanction letters and all communications with ahalia secure.

They will try to harm you in every possible way. if you are terminated or if have resigned you need to do certain things which we will advise you in this blog after few weeks.

Dr vibu is really a lungi clad baffoon as you said. he is a failure as a doctor and total failure as a manager.
He is a characterless person exploiting some employees with his position which dr gopal knows very well.

I am a regular patient of Dr. Dilip. He is a professional and wonderful personality. Happy to learn that he had left Ahalia. All the best to you doctor. Ahalia is managed by a handful of criminals lead by NEENA AND DR VIBU etc. This Neena's husband (Rajan Ram) had looted millions from Ahalia few months back with her support. Now she is the one harassing poor Keralite employess. Dr. Vibu hails from a poor Kerala village, after passing his MBBS got married to a distant relative of Gopalan doctor. Then landed in UAE and once this lungi clad baffoon is now always found wearing designer suits.

Dr. gopal is innocent, because no business man wants to see his empire is losing credibility among the public and employees. it is the handy work of neena, dr. vibu teams to destroy this famous hospital.

I agree with Shabir. I dont know why Dr.Gopal and his gang is doing with this to poor keralites. People who knew about Dr.Gopal and his personal life will not go in front of Ahalia hospital. He is an animal. So people who had a luck to read this article, please dont go to ahalia.

Well, dr. dileeb, a real time surgeon, well qulaified and experienced. trust this skills and you can be rest assured that you are in the right hands.

Feel really sorry to note that he too was ill treated in the hands of ahalia management.

He had such a long tenure with them and they (ahalia) seeem to be like a bunch of animals with no human values.

Not only are they to be black listed, they need to be banned from the whole of their operations in uae

Right, in kerala dr gopal had all good doctors in the eye hospital like dr. kala, dr jayaram, dr saji, dr shaju ashokan, dr. anoop etc... all very talented eye surgeons... dr gopal started the same cheating strategy with the doctors there, not paying anything offered. all the above doctors resigned from ahalia eye hospital and joined vasan eye care who are professionals and million times better than dr gopal...

Now ahalia eye hospital has worst doctors and day by day poor people of kerala are losing their eyesight after going to ahalia... they are cheating poor keralites saying that the doctors they are asking for are on vacation and forcing them to get surgery done by the current incompetent surgeons there...

I am sorry to note that people come to all kinds of conclusions based on a name or a different comment.
Blogs are to express one's free opinion on issues, clear doubts, share data not to toe the line of every blogger.
Every blogger need not agree with the other one's opinion.
Otherwise you should mark it as for consensual opinions only.
The information I shared is based on my own feedbacks.
I came to know of dr. gopal from this blog site I had no idea who he is otherwise.
And kindly dont get personal by trying to analyse names.
Is someone insecure here?

Mr vaidhyan is dr gopal himself I doubt as nobody other than the management working there is happy with the conditions. if you do an opinion poll 99.9 % employees will be completely dissatisfied. because of the labour ban and other legal factors employees are waiting for their next visa period is due for renewal. some poor employees stay on because of lack of other options and financial committments.

Until 2 years ago it was not too bad to work here even though salary and incentives were delayed upto 7 — 8 months, but now the situation is worst and they just wanted to cheat and harass each and everyone and cut salary without any reason.

All the best for the blog

Mr. vaidyan is very true. before joining ahalia an employee must think not 1 or 2 times, but 100 times. the person behind this is dr. gopalan, the owner of ahalia hospital, a greedy man, who's first aim is to split employees. actually he is doing mail management for splitting. I am planning to start a blog against ahalia group. and also in kerala they started eye hospital. lot of ordinary people lost their vision after the surgery in ahalia. so beware.. I think all people will support me for fighting against ahalia...

I am extremely sorry to know what happened to Dr Dilip, since I had been one of his patients and I knew him as a very straight forward person. It is a very pathetic story when this happens to a dignified professional like a Doctor. My nephew who was earlier working as a male nurse (I dont wish to name him) had also taled very bad experience with the management.
The name Vaidyan sounds very fishy.
Anyway my prayers for Dr Dilip

This is strange as many people work there and seem to be happy with the conditions
