I went to Buckeye Nissan on 2/22 to buy a used car. The guy who helped me had me fill out one application for his finance manager. They didn't tell me they were gonna check my credit multiple times. They checked it six times with different people without asking me. I want them to take off those checks and tell people about this bad behavior. I won't go to any Nissan dealer again because of this. I went to Buckeye Nissan at 3820 Parkway Ln in Hilliard, OH on July 14th to get my 2016 Nissan Altima fixed for a hood latch recall. But when I got my car back, I saw that my front tires were changed to old, bald ones. They're not the same brand as the rear tires, and the driver's side tire is completely bald and unsafe to drive on. I talked to the Service boss, Mike H, but he didn't believe me and said there's no camera footage to prove anything. He wasn't nice and only offered to book an inspection. I just want my original tires back to fix this problem.

I got a car from Buckeye Nissan a few weeks ago, but then I lost my job. The lender they found for me decided to cancel the loan, so now I don't have a lender to keep the car. I got the car on March 4th, and after having it for over a month, I called the finance company to make a payment and found out they canceled the loan. The contract we signed said the dealership only had 10 days to cancel the deal, but I've had the car for over two months now and made two insurance payments. I traded in a 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe and put *** dollars down for the car. Nissan is trying to say I can't get my down payment back and my old car is gone. This is not okay. I need my money back and my old car. I can't be without a car and the money I put down for it.

I got a 2017 GMC Terrain from this dealer on 02/19/2022. I had the cost approved by my credit union, Sharefax Credit Union, and told them I didn't want another loan from them. They said it wouldn't affect my credit score, but it did. They ran my credit through 8 different companies even though I had preapproval. Then, Buckeye Nissan drove my new car from Columbus to Cincinnati instead of towing it, adding 200 miles to my car. They didn't tell me they were going to do that. When I got my car, the passenger tail light was busted. I told them, but they never called me back. My loan officer also contacted them, but they didn't respond to her either. I think their customer service is bad. They only care about selling, not following up with customers. They drove my car 200 miles without asking me and didn't fix the tail light. I'm reporting this so other people don't have the same experience.
