I called last week to get a referal for an issue I was seen at the emergency in another state as the hospital suggested

I called last week to get a referal for an issue I was seen at the emergency in another state as the hospital suggested. I had all necessary test done at the hospital and they suggested I see an pulmonologist. Brookside didn't call back stating me needing a referal is not a priority for a call back from the nurse. So I suggested a supervisor call me back due to no nurse reaching out. So instead a nurse calls me back and refuses to help stating I need to see my doctor. Brookside doesn't even have the capability or equipment to do what the hospital has and I offered to have the other hospital send my records over to tell them their finds. So after the nurse telling me she isn't going to argue with me? First of all it's my health not an argument. Secondly I don't need to waste time or money going to see my PCP since the last time I was seen there they billed me even though I had insurance. So the supervisor told the nurse she was handling medical emergency and would contact me after and the nurse said I'm not arguing with you I'll have the supervisor call you. And here we are the end of the business day and still no supervisor has called. Brookside has a horrible reputation for not caring about the patients and after almost 30 years of being there I've had it. The reviews are horrible and the staff is rude. And clearly the supervisor doesn't care to do her job either. They need to stop taking on more patients if you can't treat the ones your already have. This is a disgrace.
