Center for Sight

I went to Center for Sight to fix my cataract on my right eye. They said they would fix my cataract stigmatizim and put in an implant. They told me I needed to pay $2200.00 upfront, $1625.00 for the doctor and $575.00 for the facility. The surgery was supposed to be on 02/07/22. I paid the $2200.00 from my credit card on 01/17/22. On 01/19/22, they said the surgery wouldn't work and I needed a toric lens, which only cost $1500.00. They said they would reimburse me for the difference. Then Jeannie called and said I needed to pay $1500.00 before I could get the surgery. I cancelled on 02/26/22 and still have my cataract. They won't give me my $2200.00 back on my credit card, even though they had it for over a month. I have all the paperwork to back up my claim.
