I was charged for Dri Bromalite in the amount of $69.99 for which I did not give consent to. I cannot get in touch with the company as no one answers the phone number my bank provided me with.
bromalite cleanse product said that i can get a free sample on line and when i signed up for it & they sent me it, i was unhappy with the product and i tried to call and cancell the product and they never answered. the next day i tried to withdraw money from m y account and found out they took out $179 and will not give it back . they messed with my household exspense and me as a single father of my three kids. now they can barely get the things they want . UNTIL THEY GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!! I DO NOT WANT THE PRODUCT PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!!
Ok So I did agree to the trial version and the day I got it I tried it. It gave me a migraine so the very next day I canceled it. Then 2 weeks later 79.95 was taken out of my account. I called as soon as the money was taken out and was told I would get my money back. Hummm its been 2 weeks and still nothing not a word. I have your dumb pills except 2 that I took. I am ready to seek a lawyer because I did cancel it it before 10 days it was only 2 days. This business is a scam and I am going to get my lawyer and contact the FBI on this scam. I ordered trial on 7/22/09 and was charged 2.47 on my credit card. They sent me an additional bottle on 8/07/09 and charged me 79.95
I refused it and sent it back unopened. I called [protected] and they refused a refund. I have reported them to Chase credit card.
Sign up for a sample for $4.95 I have now been charged $69.95 twice. No order number or anything comes with it to send them back.
I printed my on line conversation with the sales clerk on this item. Numerous time she tried to sign me up for other items and I denied the charge "As long as you do not charge my card anymore than the authorized shipping (ever) then you can process the free trial only" then she tried some tricks and I responded " I dont want the so called 25$ free card. THis is getting very annoying" and she responded " Okay, no problem, I'll note that you have declined the offer and you will NOT be enrolled. Have a good day" I felt uncomfortable and canx my credit card. THANK GOD!! because my credit card said they tried to charge 69.95 and 49.95 and 19.95 and two other charges within the next 5 days and they denied the charges. This site is a major scam. BEWARE!
Do not order their free sample. You willbe billed for their product even though you return it unopened and they say you have not cancelled. This is a scam in the worse way. They say they cannot return my money because returning the product does not count. Scam Scam Scam Scam Scam. What a way to do business.. I will complain to the Indiana General, but he is unlikely to be able to help.
This is a shame for a company to do this to the public. They will not tell you where they are located.. Any help would be appreciated.
I ordered a trial sample of Bromalite Cleanse and was to be billed 4.95 for shipping only. I rec'd an additional product and was billed for that as well.
Now an unauthorized charge of 69.95 from the same group is pending in my account. My bank has now blocked all future transactions from this group.

I tried the free trial period for Bromalite in which you do not get accurate time to cancel to see if product works, I was two days late due to the weekend on canceling so my bank card was debited and it caused me grief. I then cancelled with everyone and another bottle showed up a few weeks later and my account was debited again. I have been forced to cancel my bank card to make it stop and I am in the process of moving now without having my debit card available-HUGE INCONVENIENCE. The product does not work and I am really disappointed. They are misrepresenting themselves in their adversiting and I want a full refund, I feel cheated

Sorry to see so many negative experiences. I ordered the Advanced Acai and Bromalite trials, got enrolled into Fit Factory without wanting to and also was charged for additional shipments because I had missed the fine print. I called once, it was after business hours and then called again during the times specified on their recording (I think that is where I got them). The customer service reps I got for all 3 services were actually very polite and helpful. I cancelled with no problems and they even refunded my money and told me to keep the product, which I had yet to try. I found this site looking for product reviews as I just started taking it yesterday, so I can't speak to how it works, I just know that I did receive good service when I called.
I am totally upset by bromalite too! I did read the small print saying they would charge my account every month so I did cancel. What I didn't know was that I was being enrolled for a membership to a company called Fitfactory. I had $9.99 in my bank account. Then I got a letter from my bank saying Fitfactory charged my account $29.95 and overdrew it. Now i owe the bank over $150 and cannot pay it. The fees will keep going up too. I just had a baby so I'm not working. WHAT THE HELL!!!

I tried Bromalite for the trial and it made me ill so I did not continue taking it. When the automatic shipment came and I did not return it right away I forgot about it. A second automatic shipment came and this reminded me to return the previous shipment with the second shipment. I called the company to tell them I had returned both shipments. They told me they would refund only the most recent shipment as a courtsey and cancel the account but would not refund the previous shipment of 69.95. I explained the the package was unopened ( dusty, but not tampered with). I was told it did not matter and that they would NOT be reselling that package because they could not trust that it had not tampered with. I was under the impression if you returned something unopened in the original package, you were to get a refund for the original price but not shipping.
I feel like an idiot too. I never ordered Bromalite and I have now been sent two bottles. I thought that the initial bottle was a special gift with purchase as I did purchase Acai Berry weight loss vitamins GNC). On 3/9/09 I thought I was purchasing 30-day Digestive Supplement for $4.50. I received the bottle a couple of days later. I never opened the first bottle, and on 3/28/09 I received another bottle which I didn't order, and took it to the post office to be returned unopened. On 3/31/09 I received my Visa bill to learn that I was charged $69.95 for the original bottle I thought was $4.50. I called the company immediately, and was told about the "terms and conditions" which appeared in the very small, fine print at the bottom of the page. I was given a confirmation #01A46 and another #62327 that verified that I cancelled my subscription. There was another charge for $29.95 on my credit card; when I called that number, I was told it was for a fitness instructor that I had automatically been signed up for when I sent for the supplement. I was given a confirmation #CRA-[protected] stating that this service had been cancelled. This morning, I called my credit card company, only to learn that I had been charged an additional $69.95 on March 24, 2009. I requested that a new credit card number be issued to me immediately. I accept responsibility for not reading the terms and conditions fully, but feel that the company has used unfair business practices in advertising a product for $4.50 and in fine print, extracting over $100 for their product that, upon further investigation, is reported to be questionable to use. I never even opened the first bottle, and would appreciate any help you can give me in recuperating the second charge of $69.95 on my credit card. This type of advertising is deceitful, deceptive, and should be unlawful.
I was scammed too. I think everyone should write a letter to the better business bureau so that they go out of business. They are making money off innocent consumers. Businesses exist with all their conditions explained in detail and not to defraud anyone but this company is out to get anyone who will bite. Please contact your better business bureau and even your representative so that no one else will be scammed like this.

I read everything available, even fine print and terms and conditions. I followed everything to the letter. My only mistake was trusting in a company that should'nt have been trusted. Now I am losing eyesight in my left eye, because of Bromalite. I am out of money for a program that wasn't stated in their terms or website. If anymore money is taken out of my sons account, apparently the only alternative I have is to cancel and transfer to my other bank. I am directing this comment to Michelle of Customer Service.

I am on hold with them right now. Same ###! I have their damn terms right here and nowhere does it give permission for this fit factory to take my money! I would be glad to pursue a laywer with you. I cancelled my online within the time frame but still got charged. They are telling me it was a glich in their computer. ###. She just got back on the phone and gave me another line of crap. All this on my cell phone minutes so I just excused her and told her she would be hearing from my laywer next.
My Mom got scammed too! But they went & charged her 69.99 2wice ! It's a shame cause the product worked great. Just not worth the money. Then they sent her another item weeks later. She canceled her debit card also and the bank refunded one charge plus the over draft charge! Preying on old people is sad!!!
My wife who is older, ordered Bromalite as from the internet. this was sugested by her health adviser at the YwCA the next day the adviser had gotten her credit card and found out the charges, told my wife to stop the order.

Unfortunatley I am another victim that did not notice some of the fine print due to the fact that I saw it with recommendations from Dr Oz and the Oprah Winfrey show.
