As a client of Brightside Solutions for the past seven months, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite verbal assurances over the phone promising to improve my credit and assist with debt consolidation, the reality has been far from what was promised. Instead of seeing any improvement, my credit score has plummeted by over 150 points, leaving me in the worst financial shape of my life.

The misrepresentation and false promises made by Ed, the individual I dealt with, have left me feeling scammed and utterly betrayed. I was led to believe that my debts would be consolidated at a fraction of the cost, only to find myself in a deeper hole financially. Additionally, I was assured of receiving monthly credit reports, a commitment that has never been fulfilled since I joined in August 2023.

Not only have they failed to deliver on their promises, but Brightside Solutions has also actively worsened my situation. They have neglected to make payments on my behalf, resulting in numerous missed payments and late fees on my credit cards. This irresponsible and negligent behavior has only compounded the damage to my credit and financial stability.

Furthermore, their insistence on mandatory phone calls, despite it not being listed as a requirement in the agreement I signed, is unacceptable. As someone who is unable to engage in phone conversations due to personal reasons, this lack of flexibility has only added to my frustration and dissatisfaction with their services.

In conclusion, my experience with Brightside Solutions has been nothing short of a disaster. They have not only failed to deliver on their promises but have actively contributed to the deterioration of my financial well-being. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to proceed with extreme caution, if not avoid them altogether. They are, without a doubt, the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

I do not recommend doing business with this company. They are not helpful, they don't work with you, and they are rude (especially ***). Don't waster your money. I almost lost $8,000 from this company.

Stay away from this company. They didn't do anything to resolve my debt all they did was call me once a month. When I told them I wanted to cancel and to get my $3,000.00 back they told me it was not refundable. I tried to sign into my account to find out they blocked me. They are very inconsiderate to people's needs.

has been amazing! I'm super grateful that she is my contact. As a Merchant Mariner, my contact availability can be sporadic at best and sometimes ***. I just spent 2 months in far north *** on a boat and *** was great in helping me out from afar. Much thanks to her! She's a life saver.

I cant imagine what I would have done without Brightside Solutions. After recovering from cancer, my finances were a mess and I was afraid Id lose everything. After many sleepless nights I came across this company and the fantastic Art ***. Im slowly digging myself out of this hole and I own it all to this team. They really care and it shows.

I have had a good repore with ***. She is very patient with me and has shown me respect. She is currently working step-by-step to help me with my creditors as well as having my payment serve as a positive for my credit score. I plan to stay with *** until I can improve my financial situation. I appreciate her help so much and thank her from the bottom of my heart.

I was at a crossroad, and I wasnt sure how I would ever get out of the rut I was in. Then *** from Briteside was introduced to me and I finally had some hope that Id be able to get out of the rut I was in. She has been so understanding with my financial situation, and always encouraging. Shes been such a blessing, knowledgeable, and always helping me better understand everything!

is always available for me when I call and regardless of how many times I ask a question she is very patient with me and very knowledgeable plus *** always reassure me on the progress of my case. Before we are finished with our conversation we both are laughing and I'm in a better mood with each encounter I have with *** (she's the best) if you have a problem call *** she will go out of her way to assist you, how do I know, because she has for me (it's nice to know that I don't have to worry about anything) *** should be PRESIDENT or CEO of Bright solutions in my opinion. She would definitely increase Bright solutions business because she care's about her clients (like family) THANK YOU ***.

Would give a 0 if possible. When originally signing up for Brite Side Solutions we were informed that our monthly payment would be used towards paying off our debts. We were NOT told that this money was paying Brite Side for their services. We received summons for one of our debts. We reached out to Brite Side asking to speak with someone directly before uploading any paperwork. They have claimed to reach us through phone call but left no voicemails stating they couldnt. (Not sure if its not setup or full). I asked if they could not reach out to us via email letting us know they were trying to get in contact and resolve the issues. I just called again today 8/18/22 to speak with someone about a refund and request a cancellation since nothing has been resolved. She stated no refund would be available. We are a family of 8 depending on their help to better our lives and they have done nothing. Now they refuse refund because its past 7 days since signing. We have paid them almost $2,000 and now were just out that money. Which could have gone towards our mortgage, car payments, or family needs. I am appalled by a company that claims to help others when they have provided nothing for their monthly service fee. I will also add I have recorded every phone call conversation myself. I will gladly turn these over to whom ever needs them. I HIGHLY recommend NO ONE using this company. It is ABSOLUTELY A SCAM!

WARNING! Stay away from this company. As a single mother and hospice nurse, I have been working hard to improve my financial situation and build a more secure future my children. I trusted in this company to represent me and provide assistance in continuing to move in a positive direction. Unfortunately, however, they have taken thousands of dollars from and have provided no beneficial service on my behalf throughout my time with the program. The staff during the enrollment are great to work with but once you are assigned a Team Leader I can assure you everything will go drastically down hill from there. General attitude was dismissive/rude/superior and when trying to voice concerns or ask questions I was quickly interrupted midsentence by the staff. I never felt confident that my needs were being heard or most importantly met. Along with the lack of communication I received, I received absolutely no education while in the program. They WILL NOT REFUND the money you invest. Period. Even when service contract agreements have not been met on their end. It's a shame that this company claims to help people with improving financial situations when it did nothing but make mine significantly worse. While these monthly amounts may not be a lot of money to the staff representing Briteside, it has the ability to make or break home situations for the people struggling to make it through. People like me. Please don't let it happen to you.

Stay away from Briteside Solutions, this company is a scam! I was told that they would negotiate with my creditors to settle my debts. They told me not pay any of my creditors and they would debit $430.54 dollars from my account each month to settle my accounts with my creditors. Today I learned that they do not negotiate with creditors and that they themselves pocket the money leaving me still owing the debts they claimed they would settle on my behalf. So here I spent *** dollars to them and not a *** goes toward my debt. Meanwhile late fees and past due notices have been piling up, leaving a person more in debt than when they started. When you call to complain, they lock you out of your account immediately while they still have access to my bank information, forcing me to change all my account information with my bank. I spoke with a woman named *** today who tried to give me a song and dance about disputing the validity of my debts using the fair credit reporting act. What a joke! They take people's money for 2 years and then leave the client open to be sued by all of their creditors for the next 6 years in ***. They should be ashamed of themselves for preying on people in hard times. I am going to attempt to negotiate with my creditors directly as this company is a complete rip off. Beware of Briteside solutions! Remember if it sounds too good to be true, then it isn't! I would give this scam company a zero-star rating if i could!
