Sapper Consulting An outstandingly professional company!

An outstandingly professional company! They produced quality leads almost immediately where the 5 previous marketing companies we hired could not. Plus they add value through additional information and guidance on subjects relating to ways we can increase the number of leads we convert to paying customers. Their process seems well-planned and detailed.

We recently started with Sapper and in less than 2 months they have already overdelivered with leads by 2.6X! The leads all meet the specific criteria that we agreed upon and I believe many of these new contacts will soon be customers! I am so happy to be working with Sapper!

We signed a contract with Sapper for email lead generation. We are a service business that provides consulting support. We have a strong regional brand and clear differentiators. Sapper promised to help us open up new geographic markets. Our project was a complete failure. The project manager missed our onboarding and then continued to underdeliver. The team missed every deadline and commitment for action on our campaigns. The merger clearly impacted the service delivery and there was a great deal of internal confusion. The content writers were truly terrible. They did not understand our business or our buyers. They misrepresented their ability to find and target HR buyers. The list of contacts that they targeted was of very low quality. In the end, we were unable to generate even a dollar of revenue from their work. The customer service lead who stepped in to try to save the account admitted openly that email lead gen was not the right tool to go after a new market. We have requested a refund for some of our fees but had no remedy or response. I cannot recommend Sapper as a partner.

Sapper Consulting Setting first appointments with new prospects is hard

Setting first appointments with new prospects is hard. Sapper helps lighten the load, significantly. I've worked with ALOT of lead gen *** and Sapper is by far the best - best prospect list development, best email content, best follow-up, best communication. There's a lot of ways you can spend money on marketing/lead gen, and you get the most bang for your buck with Sapper, hands down.

Sapper really does great work. They have opened up quite a few opportunities for my company generating some significant revenue. It doesn't happen overnight and requires effort on your end too, but they really make it easy. My Account Manager, ***, is excellent to work with and very attentive to our account.

Sapper Consulting Continuous improvement is the reason I've been working with Sapper Consulting for a number of years now

Continuous improvement is the reason I've been working with Sapper Consulting for a number of years now. Their customer service is attentive and they continually adjust their methods to improve results. We are solicited regularly by companies that offer similar services, but considering the results we are getting through our partnership with Sapper I have no motivation to consider other options.

My small manufacturing firm in Kansas City just landed a $1 billion quick serve restaurant chain as a client. Thanks to Sapper! You open doors that I didn't know existed. My rep - *** - is a great listener and a good problem solver. They are a big help.

Sapper has been great for our team. The onboarding was effecient, their content is great at helping generate interest and *** and *** have been fabulous to work with. We have some unique scheduling constraints, and they were able to work around those effectively. We have already renewed with Sapper. We would recommend using them in the future.

With competition in this space of helping small businesses out being very intense, Sapper stands well above the competition. I was skittish about using them given my experiences of using similar services. However, from day 1 the team at Sapper has been true to their word and delivered what I expected in return. It is nice to have a solid business partner you can rely on to help in the generation of business.

We have been working with Sapper for 5+ years and they are an extremely valuable partner for our company. They have found prospects in industries we never thought to target that have produced significant revenue for our organization. We have monthly calls with our Partner Success Manager that helps keep things on track and we can adjust our targeting accordingly. I would highly recommend Sapper to any company as a complement to their own cold outreach.

Criminals, they contract for 5 B2B meetings per month and lock you into a 6 month contract, with a 60 day cancellation. $2500 per month. We received 2 meeting in 6 months from unqualified companies. Lots of conversations along the way.The worst part is they make your brand look bad. The email copy is immature and gimmicky, I could not warn you any more. Your best plan is to avoid this organization at all costs. *** runs this ponzi scheme

Sapper Consulting We echo other who have given Sapper a poor review

We echo other who have given Sapper a poor review. They promised 5 meetings a month and make you lock into a one year contract. We received 5 leads over a six month period and the volume of leads were only getting worse. We were smart enough to say we only want to sign up for a 6 month contract, but now they trying to bill us for additional months and will not issue us a credit. They make a lot of promises that they can't keep and they are not a company that does right by the client.MY RECOMMENDATION IS TO FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO WORK WITH.

SAPPER has worked diligently to secure leads for us. Were there times that we had to tweak dialogue, you betcha! Were there some frustrations in the beginning, yes! Was I close to canceling, yes! SO GLAD we stuck with them! SAPPER has exceeded our expectations. They had to get into our head to understand our company. They had to tweak and re-tweak. All in all we have been receiving EXCELLENT leads and connections and SALES! We couldn't be happier with our relationship with SAPPER.Thank you, Sapper, for continuing to connect us with qualified leads.

Sapper Consulting is an outstanding company to partner with and the results we have seen thus far for lead generation are amazing! The onboarding process took much less time than expected and their team did a phenomenal job of creating simple but effective emails that capture the essence of what we do as business coaches.The engagement outside of the email campaigns has been impressive as our Partner Success Manager, Sahara, is in regular communication, quick to respond, and consistently provides us with additional resources and tools to help us in our personal prospecting efforts.I love this company!

They produced zero qualified leads and 2 unqualified leads. Just so there is no misunderstanding here, "unqualified" leads were with competitors who provided the same service as I do. I requested to be let out of my contract one month early and they refused but did not do anything during the final month except take my money. I should be glad that they didn't to anything during the last 30 days as their messaging was embarrassing. It was obvious from the email thread that the 2 competitors who expressed a willingness to meet had no clue as to the reason for the meeting. One thought I wanted to buy from them. The Sapper team talked a good game but failed to deliver.

Sapper Consulting Sapper has been an excellent partner for my business

Sapper has been an excellent partner for my business. Similar to the review I see below, it's a partnership and requires spending time with your account manager to ensure their messaging and the type of potential customer you want to speak to is a match. Once that got fine-tuned, the people I talked to, whether they turned into customers or not, were the kind of interactions I wanted to have. The bottom line is that we have closed significant deals because of our partnership with Sapper. I like the person I work with at Sapper and feel lucky that he is on my account. We have a terrific relationship, and he very much understands my business. I will encourage others to use the service if they invest time in customer messaging and analyzing the results.

Sapper Consulting This company does not deliver what they promise

This company does not deliver what they promise. They promised approximately 5 meetings per month starting in the second month with 1 or 2 in month one. They set up 2 meetings in the first 90 days. One was with a person that was in a sales capacity - his title in ZoomInfo is Sales Manager and that is not in title keywords I gave them. The other meeting was with an existing client whose domain was in the "do not email" list provided which they acknowledged receiving. The onboarding process was not good at all - they essentially ignored the information I gave them and appeared to want to communicate by email. I requested a change to the payment/invoice information and they sent me a link by which to update it. I changed the payment information to invoice - one of the choices they provided. They subsequently did not charge the credit card on file on the date they previously did, did NOT send an invoice, and then 10 days later charged the credit card that I withdrew permission to do so.

0 Stars. Crooks. The only thing Sapper is Sapping is your money. These guys promise 5 meetings a month. They only booked 3 legitimate meetings in 6 months. They got so desperate, that they started sending meeting invites directly to prospects. We got an infuriated prospect call, that was the last straw after going 3 months without a meeting.The reason they sell you on a program for 6 months, is simply to get your money. Everything else is an excuse. I A/B tested them against a competitor, and the other method delivered 15 meetings over the same period. Then Sapper has excellent tricks to entice you the stay. Then when you want to leave, they tell you that there is a 30 day opt out. We began with the *** market, and then expanded nationally after they couldn't deliver. They still didn't deliver a single meeting nationwide.Meanwhile, my own Linkedin campaign has generated 15 meetings over that same time period.They keep handing you off to a new employee in order to "Fix the issues" with your campaign, yet nothing gets "fixed." The salesman who your purchased from will never return your calls. They tried to change my agreement where I paid $1000/month and then $250 per meeting. I should've taken that deal, and then I would've been swindled out of only $6000.
