I had an unfortunate experience with Swyft Filings, a company that provides mail collection services and other business-related services. Initially, I signed up for their mail collection service at a monthly fee of $29. However, I encountered issues as I never received any of my mails or notifications that I had mail. After discovering that my business entity was inactive, I decided to dissolve it and contacted Swyft Filings to cancel my subscription and not to charge my credit card.

To my dismay, Swyft Filings went ahead and continued charging my card for the canceled service even though I had emailed them to cancel services. This went on for several months, causing financial strain on my end. Frustrated, I decided to take action and blocked all charges on my credit card while disputing charges with my bank. In retaliation, Swyft Filings then charged me more for disputing the charges plus demanded payment for services rendered AFTER my second notification to cancel. This was outrageous, unfair, and unacceptable.

To make matters worse, Swyft Filings resorted to intimidation tactics, threatening to report me to a credit reporting agency. I was left feeling violated, bullied, and ripped off by Swyft Filings.

In conclusion, my experience with Swyft Filings was anything but positive. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and manipulative. I would not recommend their services to anyone as they do not uphold integrity and do not have their customers' interests at heart.

Firstly, the advertisement of Swyft Filings' complete package for $49 may seem appealing at first, but there are additional items necessary that are not mentioned. This may come as a surprise to customers who are expecting the complete service for the advertised price. Furthermore, after entering payment information, there are questions about additional services that may or may not be requirements for a particular business. This can add to the confusion and overall negative experience for customers.

The lack of transparency regarding the actual total before processing an order is another issue. It is important for customers to know exactly what they are paying for before committing to a purchase. Additionally, the option to pay in two installments may seem convenient, but it appears that some customers have been charged the full price instead.

Furthermore, it is disappointing to learn that the actual total cost is $348, not the advertised price of $49 or even the initial advertised price of $249. This kind of misleading advertising can leave customers feeling frustrated and cheated.

My experience with Swyft Filings has been less than satisfactory, to say the least. I decided to use their services to form an LLC for my investment property since they promised to deliver everything within 7 days. However, when the 7 days passed, I was disappointed to find that I was unable to reach anyone through any of their listed communication channels - phone, email, or live chat. I didn't receive any responses, no matter how hard I tried.

At this point, I had no choice but to find another service provider. This time, I chose to go with a company that offered a guarantee on their deliverables and immediately called their customer service number to ensure that they were reliable.

To add insult to injury, Swyft Filings went ahead and charged my credit card the day I ordered their most expensive package, even though they failed to deliver on their promise.

It's been over 3 weeks since I've had any contact with them, despite numerous attempts to reach out. I was forced to contact my credit card company to dispute the charges.

I would highly advise against using Swyft Filings. Even if you're tempted, I'd recommend calling their customer service number or going on live chat - they won't respond. I wouldn't give them even 1 star.

I recently attempted to purchase the non-profit package from Swyft Filings for my organization. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find out that this package did not include the crucial 501 3c application for the IRS. Without this application, there is no way for an organization to become a non-profit organization. Furthermore, I was charged $495 for the IRS filing fee after my money had already been taken. I was shocked when I found out that there was no option for a refund, and that only one to two business days were required for the authorization of my money back.

Moreover, I found it quite disturbing that there was no option to look through the final order and decide whether or not I wished to purchase the information. Instead, I had to pay $214 in the middle of the transaction without any further discussion beforehand. In my opinion, this practice seems quite shady and not ethical.

I was outraged to find that the Swyft Filings package cost $150 more than their competitors when it is essentially the total package for a non-profit organization. Unfortunately, I feel that my boss made a mistake by choosing this company and I am requesting a complete refund. I absolutely do not want any package that comes from a company that does business in this manner – it was not inclusive from the very beginning and my $214 never should have been taken in the first place without my authorization to complete the transaction. I urge others to avoid this company as they seem like a scam to me.

I recently decided to purchase the 10 day standard LLC package with extras from Swyft Filings (swyftfilings.com). To my disappointment, their advertisement of "10 days delivered to you" wasn't completely accurate. It actually ended up taking 18 business days for me to receive approval despite the promise of a 10 day turnaround.

After seven days of waiting, my information still hadn't been submitted to the state, prompting me to contact the company expressing my concern. The delay caused me to miss a crucial deadline which affected my business operations. To make matters worse, I actually found out about my approval two days before they notified me. This lack of communication on their part made the entire process even more frustrating than it needed to be.

Whilst I was hoping to receive assistance with my EIN application, it was disappointing to realise that after contacting the IRS, Swyft Filings had not yet applied for it. I decided to take matters into my own hands and apply for my own EIN. Much to my surprise, the process was incredibly easy, and I managed to receive my EIN on the spot.

Unfortunately, my experience with Swyft Filings did not end there. They claim to have a 100% money-back guarantee, yet they refused to honour it despite their failure to meet the promised 10-day turnaround. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed in the company's lack of customer service.

My son also experienced the same issues when he purchased the 10 day standard LLC package from Swyft Filings. It took 18 days instead of the advertised 10, and we had to apply for his EIN ourselves.

In all honesty, had I known how easy it was to apply to the state myself and how efficient the process of securing my own EIN was, I would never have considered using Swyft Filings in the first place. Ultimately, I would advise others to think twice before using this company for their business needs.

I recently ordered a Premium package from Swyft Filings on June 4th, 2020 and unfortunately, I have not yet received the package. I understand that there was a delay due to an address that was needed and provided, but even after that, my file had not yet been sent to the state. What really frustrated me was the fact that I had to call Swyft Filings to find out the status of my order. In addition to that, I was being bombarded by my insurance agent who was pushing for me to make a decision on what insurance plan to go with (which was provided by Swyft Filings). I had been previously guaranteed that everything would be completed by June 19th, but as of today, June 29th, I am still the one calling for updates. Unfortunately, I have not yet received any forms or my EIN.
Although they were very quick to take my payment, there has been a lack of communication regarding the status of my order. The cost of the package ended up being much higher than the advertised $49, coming in at a minimum of $700 and up.
As someone who is highly frustrated and upset, I feel misled by Swyft Filings. It's not just a case of being disappointed, but feeling totally mislead in this whole situation. My order number is #1638420.

I felt completely disappointed with their unresponsive and amateurish behavior.

After this experience, I wish I had picked LegalZoom instead, as they have a reputation for being reliable and efficient. Furthermore, as of today (3-19-19), their website has crashed yet again, which makes me wonder if they have been hacked by outside forces. Overall, I would not recommend Swyft Filings based on my experience.

Although I understand that these "extras" can be beneficial, I hope it's worth the investment in the long run. What really bothered me was that all of the extra charges were not grouped into one transaction. Instead, I had to pay for 8-9 different transactions individually, which could have easily been consolidated into one or two.

To make matters worse, I had interest-free financing for charges over $100 for several months. However, I was charged six transactions under $100, and two higher ones over $300 and $500- the latter being the initial package. Now, I have to pay off the larger transactions first, which will cost me more money in interest.

Although I originally estimated that I'd be spending just over $400, I ended up financing over $1100 worth of services. However, I do appreciate the convenience and time-saving benefits of using Swyft Filings. It allowed me to focus on starting my business without having to worry about the paperwork and legal aspects. Despite the high cost, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Swyft Filings to other entrepreneurs who are looking for a fast and efficient way to start their businesses.

Instead of immediately processing the refund, Swyft Filings placed my order on "Hold" and delayed the process extensively. This could have been easily avoided by simply processing the refund, but the company chooses to call the customer instead.

Furthermore, when I attempted to contact them about the situation they were not responsive and I was forced to dispute the charge. It's surprising considering they advertise having a 100% money back guarantee on their website. Instead of rectifying the situation, they threatened to take me to collections.

I understand that cancellations can be inconvenient, but this situation could have been handled much better. In my opinion, Swyft Filings lacks professionalism and consideration for their customers. I would not recommend their services to anyone based on this experience.

In one of the emails I received titled "what happens next", I found the information a bit incomplete. It stated that after submission to the state, they simply wait for the approval or rejection of the application. It also noted that the state quotes a turnaround time, but unfortunately, the sentence ends abruptly after the word "of" and there is no actual time quoted. This left me wondering what exactly is happening next.

However, I understand that once Swyft Filings submit my filing to the state, it is up to them to process the application within the given time frame. I'm eagerly waiting to see what the outcome will be and whether or not I will have to revise my review rating. Overall, I appreciate Swyft Filings' responsiveness, but I would prefer clearer communication about the process and turnaround time.
