Let's see...My therapist was an old Mexican lady whom spoke such broken English I couldn't understand a [censored]ing word she said.Then she talked to me like a 12 year old. I'm a 60 year old with a lifetime of first responder experience...Hell. I could help people better than she can.
2. Your billing and fees are suspect as Hell. For profit only hidden behind "We're here to help". Ya help drain your insurance and wallet with hidden fees and chumped up charges...[censored] YOU GUYS !

Claimed loss: $182 in hidden fees. Canceled and they kept charging me.

Desired outcome: $182 refunded to me, and my payment method deleted from your company file
