I worked at this company for 5 years without any issues. 12 of my closest friends were put on the managers caseload called Julie.
She comes off as understanding at first but is actually sneaky! This women barely did her job. We would tell her about certain clients and she would give a response that didn't make sense.
Short time later she would act like it's the therapist fault and she didn't know about it. Liar LIAR! You through other therapist under the bus.
I suspect she and the other managers made fake complaints or made patients blame the therapist by calling them behind the back of the therapist to build a case to get the therapist fired.
I've never had any complaints until I got her as a manager. I've got all glowing reviews. Every single month got all positive reviews.
The client that did complain is because I didn't write a letter for them it's not supported, they were really angry about their bills or the policy of the company and not sure who to blame. It's the fault of the company not the therapist!
This woman Julie in my opinion made working hard because she was unprofessional and a liar. I caught her making up lies and calling me incompetent but the patient would state they never said that.
Julie you will get what's coming to you. You should be fired! This company terminated my contract through email? A stinky email full of LIES all LIEs. All LIES all LIEs from a liar supervisor and lying staff.
The truth is that the company fired most of the leadership
Fired a bunch of other therapists.
Lost contracts with tons of health insurance companies.
Made therapists sign different contracts to take a severe less money so that they could make sessions 55 minutes. Changed intake from 45 minutes to 30 minutes.
So clients are upset that times limited and the company blamed me and other therapist.
Tell the truth your company can't afford to keep the lights on and your habits caught up with you. So you're lying on workers to have a reason to fire them.

OMG! I'm so sorry this happened to you. I use to be a patient there and the only ones that cared was the therapist.
I would try to contact support and I would get a response 3 weeks later and it's not the question I asked.
It now makes sense what happened. I was at work one day and I got a phone call from someone at brightside asking me about My therapist.
I said my therapist was great and the only problem I have is reaching support but the person in the phone kept telling me to send a complaint about my therapist?
I kept saying I don't have a problem with my therapist at all and this person wouldn't listen. I think they don't like my therapist maybe it's because they really did care.
This company seems like they are only after money and double charged me several times. My insurance company said my co pay is only $25.00 but was charged $75.00 in cash all the time.
I kept sending emails and one support person tried to threaten me saying that I'll get out of for my behavior and still hasn't given me the money they forced me to pay.
This company is hurting people who are vulnerable and getting rid of people who are good it seems.
I'm really really sorry this happened and will never go back. Maybe those that threatened me should be fired.
Fire the person who tried to get me to complain on the person that did nothing wrong.
