I went to Suburban Psychiatric Associates, LLP and they put me on meds for years. When I started having problems with them, they didn't help me. So, if you want that kind of treatment, go to SPA.

I got charged 140.50 bucks for not showing up on 11/19 and 11/22
I got charged 140.50 bucks for not showing up on 11/19 and 11/22. They said it was for "no show fees" and it was 70.00 bucks for each time. I did call them to let them know I wasn't coming, but it wasn't 24 hours before the appointment. My grandma died on 11/19, and I even sent them the obituary. And to top it off, Krista C kicked my daughter out of her practice! She's just not professional and doesn't care about her patients!

I got a bill for $75.00 for not showing up on 8/10. I called them on 8/9 to say I might have covid, but their phone was broken. I tried again the next day, but it was still broken. I told them when I saw them next, but they still sent me another bill. I wrote them a letter to explain, but on my 11/8 visit, they made me pay $76.00. It's not fair because their phones were broken, not mine. I want my money back.
