BeyondBlue.org.au Disappointing Experience with BeyondBlue.org.au: Lack of Support and Guidance Given by Counselor

Alright, so I gotta say, my experience with BeyondBlue.org.au was a bit disappointing, if I'm being real. I was really hoping to get some advice on how to deal with what I've been feeling lately - you know, just some support and guidance from someone who knows their stuff. But man, it was rough.

I started off by telling the person on the other end how I've been feeling lately, what I've been going through. And honestly, it felt like they just weren't really listening. They barely even responded to what I was saying before they went and changed the topic, asking me if I was gonna hurt myself or worse. I said I was thinking about it, and they just sent me a link about how to deal with self-harm.

That's it. That's all they did. They didn't even ask me if I wanted to talk about it more, or if there was anything else going on that might be making me feel like this. And then, without even waiting for my response, they just cut off the chat. Like, what the heck, right?

It felt super rushed, like the person on the other end just couldn't wait for their shift to be over. And to be honest, it made me feel like they didn't really care about what I was going through. I mean, how does a company like this even make money if they're not even listening to the people who need their help the most?

Overall, I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with BeyondBlue.org.au. Maybe they were just having a bad day or something, but I don't think I'd recommend them to anyone in the future. If you're looking for someone to listen to you and give you real advice, I'd probably look somewhere else.

BeyondBlue.org.au Beyond Blue: Wasted Funds and Untrained Staff - A Disappointing Experience

I don't understand why the government spends so much money on BeyondBlue.org.au. Almost 50 million dollars! Surely there's a better way to use that money to help people. It's frustrating because it shouldn't be that hard to figure out. And to be honest, the people working there aren't even properly trained in mental health. It's like they're just doing it for the money, like a Coles worker. So you can imagine what kind of service you'll get. I think it's really sad and disappointing that they're entrusted with so much money and our wellbeing.

BeyondBlue.org.au Mixed Experience with BeyondBlue: Valuable Support for Mental Health, But Initial Communication Issues

I recently reached out to BeyondBlue.org.au for some support with my depression and was in a really bad headspace. Unfortunately, when I first called their hotline, the person who answered wasn't very clear in her communication. I struggled to understand what she was saying and eventually had to ask her to stop talking altogether. It was a frustrating experience, as I was just hoping to speak with someone who could listen and calm me down.

Despite this initial issue, I eventually was able to connect with someone who was much more helpful. It's important to keep in mind that BeyondBlue is a multicultural organization that works hard to provide support to everyone who needs it - this means that sometimes language barriers can make communication difficult. However, in my experience, the majority of the staff were able to communicate effectively and were truly empathetic to my situation.

Overall, I would recommend BeyondBlue as a valuable resource for those struggling with anxiety and depression. While my initial encounter was frustrating, I was ultimately able to access the support I needed after perseverance. The program may not be perfect, but it is clear that they care about helping people through difficult times.

BeyondBlue.org.au Beyondblue.org.au: A Disappointing Source of Mental Health Support

Honestly, I have to say that beyondblue.org.au is not impressive. When one is at their lowest and has lost hope, they need someone who will listen patiently and offer assistance whenever necessary. But, calling beyondblue.org is a complete waste of time. They are unprofessional and inconsiderate, not treating callers with the respect they deserve. They will cut off your call after only 15 minutes and leave you feeling worse than before. It's disgusting how they treat individuals who are already struggling.

I do not think their counselors have any proper training in mental health care. They do not help individuals in desperate need of support. Instead, they make matters worse for them. I am disappointed in their approach to mental health, particularly when people are depending on their services to be understanding and empathetic.

Their support forums are terrible. They barely offer any support and the forum is filled with people taking rather than giving. I do not think beyondblue.org.au understands that people need a safe space to share their experiences and receive useful mental health advice. The forum is full of the same people who reply to posts, and most posts go unanswered.

It's saddening how beyondblue.org.au portrays itself as a source of help to those facing mental health challenges. They are a complete disappointment, and I do not think anyone should depend on them in times of need. I urge them to rethink their approach to mental health, counseling, and support for those in need.

BeyondBlue.org.au BeyondBlue.org.au: A Disappointing Waste of Mental Health Resources

I must say, I had high hopes for BeyondBlue.org.au, but I was sorely disappointed. It seems to me that they waste a significant amount of the precious psychological and psychiatric health dollars. Their self-referring and self-aggrandizing services are Mickey Mouse, to say the least. What they call a counselling line is merely a billboard that leads to their monetized services. Instead of counseling, they tend to give out false diagnoses that can be quite damaging.

It is quite evident that those who work at BeyondBlue.org.au are poorly qualified. They seem to have completed some run-of-the-mill in-house course that hardly equips them to handle vulnerable people. To make matters worse, they're bombastic and overbearing and can be quite dangerous for anyone struggling with their mental health.

What's even more aggravating is the false advertising they do about COVID support. All their dedicated lines lead to the same generic service. It is a sheer waste of precious government resources that could be better spent improving emergency psychiatric services and wards that are on the brink of collapse.

The privacy concerns about the recorded services are enormous. I feel like Big Brother is always around, watching my every move. If you donate to this service, you are not doing anyone any favors. In fact, you could be harming Australian society. I would advise anyone looking for help with mental health to stay far away from BeyondBlue.org.au.

BeyondBlue.org.au Disappointing Mental Health Assistance from Beyond Blue: A Review

When I decided to give Beyond Blue a try, I was not impressed with what they had to offer. After contacting them for mental health assistance, all I received was a short message with a list of local medical clinics in my area. I was hoping for more personalized care and guidance, but I guess that was too much to ask for!

To make matters worse, when I asked for additional resources or advice, the person on the other end of the line simply informed me that most general practitioners have little to no experience with mental health issues. It felt like they were just trying to get rid of me, and I was left with more confusion and frustration than when I started.

At one point, I even had to ask if the Beyond Blue staff member was still there, as they had stopped talking altogether. It's not exactly a reassuring experience when you're reaching out for help during a difficult time.

In the end, the only thing that Beyond Blue could offer me was a phone number to call if I ever felt like committing suicide. While it's great that they have resources for individuals in crisis, this type of support feels like the bare minimum given the circumstances.

To make matters worse, I found out that Beyond Blue receives state and federal funding for this lackluster service. It's disappointing to think that taxpayer dollars are going towards an organization that doesn't seem to be doing much to help those in need.

All in all, I would not recommend Beyond Blue to anyone looking for mental health support. It's clear that they are just another "no service" organization that fails to provide the type of care and assistance that people need when they're struggling. If you're in need of help, I wish you the best of luck in your search for resources that are truly helpful and supportive.

BeyondBlue.org.au BeyondBlue.org.au: A Waste of Time and Disappointment

I recently called BeyondBlue.org.au on Sunday, March 13th, 2022, and let me tell you, it was a complete waste of time. I was feeling really down and stressed out, and I thought maybe talking to someone would help, so I gave them a try. But what a mistake that was!

First of all, the people I spoke to were complete idiots. They couldn't change a thing, or make any situation better. Talking to them was like talking to a tree stump—you might as well have been talking to a brick wall. Nothing changed, nothing improved. It was just a waste of time.

I'm not suicidal, but I was really upset and needed someone to talk to. But honestly, I might as well have just been drinking away my sorrows instead. Talking to a complete stranger who couldn't make my situation any better was just pointless. I'd rather keep my dignity and my privacy than confide in someone who couldn't help me.

I honestly can't believe that organizations like BeyondBlue.org.au and Lifeline actually get funding. I hope they're not getting any government funding, because they don't deserve it.

If I could give BeyondBlue.org.au a review with negative stars, I would. They think they're helping people, but in reality, they're just giving people a bunch of $#*! talking and wasting their time. My phone battery was drained after talking to them, and my situation was no better for it.

Honestly, I wouldn't bother with BeyondBlue.org.au in the future. If you're looking for help or support, you're better off looking elsewhere. These people aren't going to help you—they're just going to waste your time and make you more frustrated than you already were.

BeyondBlue.org.au Review of BeyondBlue.org.au: Frustrating Navigation and Questionable Confidentiality Practices

I found that BeyondBlue.org.au was quite difficult to navigate and frustrating to use. The registration process was particularly troublesome, as many other users have noted in the FAQ section. I attempted to register, but never received a confirmation email. After reaching out to support, I eventually received the confirmation email, but my excitement to join a discussion was quickly diminished.

Upon exploring the website, I found that the information offered was not as confidential as I had hoped. I was shocked to learn that reporting to hospitals or doctors was a common practice for this mental health organization. As a lifelong sufferer of depression, I've often found myself wanting to connect with others who understand my struggles. However, the thought of being reported to the hospital or doctors that I do not trust made me wary of sharing my experiences.

It seems that BeyondBlue.org.au has a long way to go in terms of their confidentiality practices and user-friendliness. While I appreciate the mission of this organization, I cannot recommend it to others who may be seeking support for their mental health. For anyone looking to connect with others or read members’ stories, I suggest finding an alternative resource that will guarantee privacy and safety.

BeyondBlue.org.au My Disheartening Experience with Beyond Blue Forum

My experience with Beyond Blue started off great when I first signed up. The lovely people there were always willing to listen, help out, and understand what I was going through. But lately, I've been feeling incredibly lonely, anxious, and depressed. I casually mentioned that I had days where I felt like throwing myself off a bridge (not that I would actually do it), hoping for some support, but instead, my post was moved to the suicide forum where no one seemed to see it.

To make matters worse, I received an email from Beyond Blue where parts of my post were cut out and it said that "this line forces people to respond." Now, every post I make has to undergo a lengthy waiting period for moderation before it's finally posted. Some of my posts have even been blocked for no apparent reason. I don't understand why, since I never swore, recommended medication (which is apparently against the rules), or mentioned anything about suicide.

Recently, I tried posting again and they claimed that my post went over the character limit (even though it did not!). I had to carefully cut it down to fit within the limit, yet it was still refused to be posted without any explanation. Despite being unfairly targeted by the moderators, I keep pouring my heart out to the forum in hopes of finding some support. But nobody is responding to me.

At a time when I need help the most, it's incredibly disheartening to know that nobody seems to care. I thought Beyond Blue was a non-judgmental forum dedicated to mental health and helping people like me. But all I've been feeling lately is judged. My posts are being cut, edited, reworded, and blocked, making me feel even worse. This forum was supposed to be my safe haven, but it's starting to feel like the complete opposite.

BeyondBlue.org.au BeyondBlue.org.au Review: Not a Safe Space for Women in Crisis

BeyondBlue.org.au is a website that claims to provide help to people who are struggling with their mental health. This site is advertised on TV and features big shots like ex-prime ministers and doctors, but unless you're a woman, you may not get the help you need. The website is moderated and heavily influenced by the government, making it a less than ideal resource for people who are in crisis.

If you're a woman and in need of help, BeyondBlue may not be for you. Recently, I was in an especially vulnerable state due to C-PTSD and needed someone to speak with anonymously. Unfortunately, the website didn't have anyone available to chat with, and their Live-Chat was only provided on a limited basis. When I tried to find resources aimed specifically towards women, I was even more disappointed. It's almost like the people running the site didn't care about my needs as a woman and instead only focus on helping men.

The forum posts and replies are heavily monitored, and I cannot get the necessary assistance that I need. A frustrating experience for someone who just needs a safe space to share and be heard. It's not just the limited chat options on this site that make it an unsuitable resource. It's the apparent disregard for the needs of women in crisis.

After my experience on BeyondBlue, I went looking for other resources. Unfortunately, I had to resort to downloading a different app, TalkLife, which seems to be designed for younger people. Despite my reservations, I found some solace in the fact that I could post anonymously and speak with kids who were kinder than the people running BeyondBlue.

If you're looking for a resource for mental health that is both safe and gender-inclusive, I can't recommend BeyondBlue.org.au. It's a disappointing experience that left me feeling unsupported and unheard.

BeyondBlue.org.au Disappointing Experience with BeyondBlue: Ineffective Help for Depression and Anxiety

I had an experience with BeyondBlue.org.au that left me feeling disappointed. The people there didn't seem to understand how to deal with depression and anxiety. The chat forum was a terrible place, with staff members who didn't treat me well. I tried to get help for my problems, but I couldn't seem to get anywhere. I think it would be better if you looked for help somewhere else.

BeyondBlue.org.au Beyondblue.org.au Review: Disappointing Response to My Struggle with Mental Health

So, I was feeling pretty low and decided to check out beyondblue.org.au for some advice. Unfortunately, I didn't really find what I was looking for. I tried opening up and sharing my feelings, but it felt like I was shut down and ignored. It wasn't really helpful, and actually made me feel worse than before. It's frustrating when you're struggling with mental health issues and try to reach out for help, but end up feeling like no one cares. I understand why some people might be hesitant to seek advice or support if this is the kind of response they receive. Hopefully, beyondblue.org.au can improve their approach and make it a more welcoming and supportive space for people going through tough times.

BeyondBlue.org.au Disappointed with beyondblue.org.au's Online Chat Counseling - Just a Robot Talking!

Let me tell ya folks, I went to this beyondblue.org.au website and tried to use their online chat thingy to talk to a counselor. But when I got on there, it was pretty darn obvious that it was just a robot talkin' to me. I mean, come on now, if you're gonna advertise that ya provide counseling, at least make sure it's with a real person. It was pretty dang embarrassing, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone lookin' for some real help with their mental health.

BeyondBlue.org.au Disappointing Support for Body Shaming on BeyondBlue.org.au

So, I go to BeyondBlue.org.au looking for some help with body shaming. They got this fancy-pants online chat feature, so I figure I'd give it a shot. The person on the other end wasn't much help though. They told me to go for a walk, even though it was hotter than the sun at 33 degrees outside. What good is that supposed to do, I ask ya? Overall, I'm not too impressed with the help I got from these folk.

BeyondBlue.org.au BeyondBlue.org.au: Restricted to Aussies Only - Frustrating and Unwelcoming for International Users

Can't sign up if you're not an Aussie, so no chat or talk for you. They should scrap this site.

Well, I gotta say, BeyondBlue.org.au isn't exactly the most welcoming place if you're not from down under. You can't even sign up for an account if you're not an Aussie. So, that means no commenting on any forums or joining in on any discussions for you if you're not a resident of Australia.

Honestly, it's frustrating. Why bother having a website if you're only going to limit it to one country? It seems like such a waste of resources not to make it accessible to more people worldwide.

So, yeah, if you're not from Australia, this site is a no-go. And honestly, they should really consider taking it down altogether. It's just not worth the effort for something that only benefits a few.

BeyondBlue.org.au My Experience with BeyondBlue.org.au: A Helpful Resource for Mental Health Support

.org.au.

BeyondBlue.org.au is a website that provides support for mental health. When I first visited this website, it seemed like they didn't care about my problems. But after spending some time exploring their content, I realized that they were a really helpful resource. Despite initial frustrations, the information and resources available allowed me to understand my own mental health better.

One thing I didn't like was that they kept asking about my culture and background. At times I felt like my privacy could be at risk. However, after giving them some information they were able to provide me with resources that pertained specifically to my background.

Honestly, it can be tough struggling with mental health issues, and BeyondBlue.org.au can help you feel less alone. They really try to simplify things so it's easy to understand. For me, the website has been a great way to access mental health resources - although it took some time for me to fully appreciate this. Overall, I can confidently say that BeyondBlue.org.au lifted my spirits and helped me understand my mental health better.

BeyondBlue.org.au Mixed Experience with BeyondBlue.org.au: A Review

I visited BeyondBlue.org.au when I was feeling down and needed some support. I was hoping to find help and encouragement, but unfortunately, the experience wasn't as good as I hoped. The website was a bit difficult to navigate and find what I was looking for. However, the most frustrating part was when I tried to reach out for help. I was told that I had already talked about similar topics in previous threads and that my chances were limited. I was feeling really down and this reply didn't help at all. In fact, it made me feel worse.

If you are feeling suicidal and need help, I would still recommend reaching out to BeyondBlue.org.au because it is important to talk to someone about how you are feeling. However, be aware that the experience might not be perfect and you might encounter some issues along the way. Maybe it was just my experience that wasn't the best, but I felt like the website could use some improvement.

Overall, even though my experience wasn't great, I still appreciate the work that BeyondBlue.org.au does to support mental health. It is important to have resources available for people who are struggling with mental health issues and I am glad that this website exists. Hopefully, with some improvements, the website can better serve those who need it in the future.

BeyondBlue.org.au Beyondblue.org.au: A Comprehensive Resource for Mental Health Support and Information

This website, beyondblue.org.au is totally helpful if you're in a bad place with your mental health. They've got loads of resources and information about depression, anxiety, and other issues like PTSD. I took the PTSD 8 week course and it was tough but worth it. I didn't realize how much it would trigger me but the counselors are totally understanding and helpful. They even tell you that things might get worse before they get better, and boy did they get worse for me. By week 3, I was dealing with suicidal thoughts and it was really scary. I told them about it and they were super helpful but unfortunately by week 4 they had to withdraw me from the course because they don't deal with suicidal thoughts. I was upset at the time, but I get it. They need to make sure that everyone is safe and getting the help they need. But I have to admit, I was pretty burned about it and felt like they were just washing their hands of me. But I think if I had reached out to them again, they would have helped me find another program or resource to turn to. Overall, I would definitely recommend beyondblue.org.au to anyone struggling with their mental health. They just need to know that it's okay to ask for help and speak up if they're feeling lost or overwhelmed.

BeyondBlue.org.au Waste of time - Beyond Blue couldn't handle my depression

I've talked to BeyondBlue.org.au a couple of times, and I gotta say, it's been a total waste. The people there call themselves therapists, but they couldn't handle a crying kid, let alone someone with depression. I don't think they even know what depression is - they're only focused on helping kids with problems at school. If you're struggling with depression, they'll just tell you to go elsewhere for help. Honestly, it's so frustrating. I can't believe I wasted my time with these useless people. They're beyond useless - they're a total waste of time.

BeyondBlue.org.au Disappointed with Beyond Blue: Censored Discussion and Poor Counselling Services

So, I gotta say, I was feeling pretty down and out - you know, like life just couldn't get any worse. But then I had a run-in with Beyond Blue that really took the cake. I posted a discussion on their website - no mention of suicide or any bad language or anything like that - and those moderators went and deleted it on me! And to make matters worse, it was my FIRST post and I just put it in the wrong thread by accident.

So, feeling pretty bummed out, I decided to give their counselling services a try. But let me tell you, that was a waste of time. I was crying and hurting and all that, but the counsellor I spoke to just wanted to hurry up and end the call. Talk about making me feel worse! I mean, come on Beyond Blue, that's just not right.

This whole experience was really a disgrace. I don't think I'll ever try to contact Beyond Blue again - not after this mess.
